Easygoing but stylish base to visit Linz
Pros:

Apartment was very clean and modern, well-lit, bed was comfortable, kitchenette well equipped, table for working/eating on, shower gel provided in bathroom, and the check-in instructions were simple to follow. Do not be surprised when it looks like you are entering a vitamin/nutrition store. They are in the same building! It is located facing the main road, but the traffic and noise outside was fairly light at the end of February - I was not disturbed. And it was warm enough. The location is a short walk to the Südbahnhofmarkt, which I strongly recommend for tasty breakfast options with a local flair. Also, there is a hotel a few doors down that serves beer on tap. A great place for a nightcap.

Cons:

There could have been more space provided for hanging jackets. An iron would have also been useful to get my shirt crisp for the meeting.
