Lage, Mobiliar, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Mit der Hauslüftung hatten wir 30° in der Nacht. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war nicht ausreichend um zu duschen.

Bei einer Suite zu dem Preis gehe ich schon davon aus, dass diese Dinge vorhanden sind / funktionieren.
Aber ja...laut Zimmerbeschreibung ist keine Klima enthalten. Das hätte ich überlesen.
Aber es sind alle Kontrolleinrichtungen für Klima im Zimmer vorhanden, sogar mit Beschreibung wie man es einschalten kann. Das war etwas verwirrend, wenn man danach die Info erhält, dass es nur eine Lüftung OHNE Kühlung gibt.

Linz- piękne miasto. Polecam rejs statkiem po Dunaju oraz zwiedzanie wzgórza Pösterlingberg.
Pros:

Plusem dla mnie był fakt, że idąc na piechotę jest 1,4 km do Hauptplatz i mniej więcej tyle samo idąc główną ulicą Dinghoferstraße do Dunaju przy Lentos muzeum. Przestrzeń w apartamencie, a także łazienka. Wejście bezproblemowe. Pracownicy firmy pomocni (brak języka polskiego). Na Hauptplatz można podjechać dowolnym tramwajem trzy przystanki, ale na tramwaj trzeba dojść Schillerstraße na zachód dobre pięć minut. Za rogiem na Dinghoferstraße jest przystanek trolejbusu 41 i 43. Do końca obu linii są dwa przystanki. To połowa drogi do Hauptplatz. Obok są linie tramwajowe.

Cons:

Okna są od Dinghoferstraße. Gdy się je otworzy to jest hałas z ulicy. Było zdecydowanie ciepło na dworze, a obsługa ustawiła dmuchawę na 28,6 stopnia. Jedyne co udało nam się zrobić to wyłączyć dmuchawę. Na szczęście był wiatrak. Z parkowaniem mieliśmy dużo szczęścia, bo przyjechaliśmy tuż przed Bożym Ciałem, które także było dniem wolnym od pracy i od parkowania. Niebieskie linie w centrum oznaczają parkowanie przez maksimum godzinę. Obok jest hotel z własnym parkingiem. Może by oni pomogli??? Generalnie kiepska sprawa. W centrum są parkingi piętrowe, ale trzeba zapłacić około 1,6 EUR za pół godziny parkowania.

Uzasne, krasne, ciste a vonave. Krasna velka terasa do dvora. Byt vzdusny, hodne prostoru. Majitele komunikovali a venovali se nam, kdyz bylo treba. Vse fungovalo. PARKING INFO: ulici kolem plno, modre cary, takze za penize, automat jen na mince!, 1€ 30min, ale MAX 1,5h coz je blbe. Po-pa 8-18:30 a so 8-12 za penize, pak free. My parklvali u blizkeho hrbitova za Yet pumpou, kde neni modra na chodniku, nebo kousek dal je SPAR bez zavory. Byt na rusne ulici, takze spani se zavrenymi okny, ktere ovsem hodne těsní. Ventilator co fouka studeny vzduch super, jen s termostatem na teplotu jsme si nevedeli rady.
