The best option for early breakfast 4:30 am, because many people had early planes

Pros:

Отель расположен в центре и в то же время в тихом месте - на Притомской набережной. Лучше брать номер с видом на реку, тогда можно наслаждаться сибирскими просторами из окон номера. Подъезд к отелю удачный. Авто оставляли прямо перед входом в отель на стоянке у ресторана. В этом же здании расположен ещё один ресторан. Тоже с хорошей верандой. Можно прогуляться по набережной, совсем рядом парк аттракционов.

Overnight as a flight crew from Europe
Pros:

Everything fine and top quality! We had as a flight crew one overnight in Kemerovo and I think this hotel is the best in town and compare to European standards easily a four to five star hotel. Employees are very friendly and more than helpful!
