Pros:

Une fois arrivée sur place,l'employé nous a dit qu'ils n'acceptaient plus les réservations faites en ligne et nous a demandé de payer le double du prix annoncé sur expedia. Nous avons refusé et sommes parti. Ils ont considéré notre refus comme une annulation à la dernière minute et nous ont chargé le plein prix de la réservation. Nous avons du nous battre à laide dexpedia pour ravoir notre argent. Évitez-vous des problèmes et n'allez pas là-bas.

Pros:

We love this small hotel it has everything we need. The room is very comfortable and the people working there very nice and friendly. The owner will go out if his way to make your stay better as he did in my case. Our daughter graduated from a nearby university and it is just minutes away. A 7-11 is 1 minute away and A Big C shopping 3 minute walk. Parking is good. We will stay here again for 2 weeks in November. Overall I give the OYO 995 a top score in all areas. The restaurant coffee shop on ground level is very very nice and beautifully decorated I might add. All top scores for this location. Thank you OYO 995.

Great location and very nice.
Pros:

This hotel was actually being checked out by my daughter for my wife and I to stay when we again travel to Chang Mai. Based on the video she sent and recommendations we will plan to stay here for 2 months next visit space available. It is very convenient to our daughters University, BIG C shopping and many other things also. Its a nice quiet street and on weekends has a great market in BIG C parking area. The room is large has a kitchen and it will be our choice. My daughter gives it a 10 Rating. The restaurant is very clean and she said the hotel is very charming and thinks we will like it very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful to her. All GOOD...

Pros:

I stayed for 5 days but i will not book this hotel anymore. I stayed at room number 201 which is front view of building and top of Blue cafe. After cafe closed, the cafe did not close outside of tables. So many people were talking, drinking, making noise so that I could not go to bed. I complained 2 times to receptionist but they did not care about my complain.
