Έχω πάει αρκετές φορές, πολύ μεγάλο διαμέρισμα, ευρύχωρο, άνετο κρεβάτι και καθαρό!

À fuir : appartement sale, draps et toilettes non changés, ménage inexistant. Très grosse déception.
Pros:

L’endroit est moderne et agréable, mais il y a beaucoup de passage et quelques rafraîchissements seraient nécessaires pour le rendre encore plus confortable.

Cons:

Très grosse déception. L’appartement n’était pas nettoyé : draps sales, toilettes et lavabo sales. Malgré le changement des draps, le reste du ménage n’a pas été fait. Moderne mais mal entretenu. À éviter.

Βρώμικα και φθαρμένα έπιπλα, τοίχοι και κουρτίνες, μούχλα στο μπάνιο. Η θέα στην πόλη ήταν η θεά στην πρασιά (ακάλυπτος). Είναι η τρίτη φορά που μένω και η κατάσταση είναι κάθε πέρυσι και καλύτερα, αλλά φέτος ήταν το αποκορύφωμα. Δυστυχώς δεν θα ξαναμείνω ποτέ και δεν το προτείνω και σε κανέναν άλλο πιθανό επισκέπτη.

Rustig en ruim appartement. Comfort kan beter.
Pros:

Gunstige locatie: supermarkt onder het appartement, koffiebars en eetgelegenheid en andere winkels zeer nabij. Ruim appartement. Vrij rustig en stil in het appartement. Rolluiken zijn een pluspunt. Airco werkt zoals het hoort.

Cons:

Deur van keukenkastjes hangt los. Douchedeur ontbreekt wat resulteer in een natte badkamervloer na het douchen. Lamp zonder lampenkap. Stoffering van de keukenstoelen vuil en bevlekt. Blad van de keukentafel staat vol krassen. Sofa is hard en zit niet comfaortabel. Veel te weinig bestek. Saoltafel en keukenblad zijn beschadigd.

There was nothing to like in this specific Airbnb. Firstly, the communication with the staff was impersonal. They didn't give details exactly as they should .You had to ask for everything.Check in time was at 15.00 p.m .At 15.00 I had no messages on how to enter I was standing outside the building waiting for the message. I had to text them and they replied that my room would be ready at 16.00 pm. Finally, they sent the codes at 17.00 However, they apologised offering me the chance to have a late check out.The apartment was dirty and dusty not mopped at all and there were no curtains in the living room.Under the sink there was humidity .The furniture need to be changed as they were in a terrible condition. Finally, the worst thing, which is also illegal, is that I had to get to the third floor by an external lift using a code which they never explained I had to used on that lift.I was looking for the loft.I had to text them another time.There was no option of using stairs in case you are afraid of elevators.Whwn I asked them how do I get down in case of an earthquake or problem with the lift they said there is a second door that leads to stairs..I had to contact them so they could end me the codes to have access to the door .Totally unprofessional.and dangerous. They had to inform me about this on advance. I paid 75 euros per night.Not worth it .I wouldn't recommend it.

PS.They offered me a free stay so they can compensate me.There is no way I'm staying there again..Everything is in great need of renovation and they should work on safety issues.
