Ótima localização e quarto muito confortável
Pros:

O quarto tem um tamanho ok para duas pessoas. O banheiro é espaçoso, dividido e a ducha é ótima, assim como as amenidades. A cama é super confortável, tem AC, TV, frigobar, tudo ótimo e funcionando muito bem. Os funcionários são extremamente prestativos, educados e simpáticos. A localização é muito próxima de Provenza, o que é ótimo, porque nos deixou perto mas não o suficiente para que o barulho nos incomodasse.

Cons:

As janelas mal abriram e a vista de uma das nossas janelas dava pra um escritório, o que não era muito confortável. Além disso, o maior ponto negativo vai para o café da manhã, que todos os dias mudava mas não melhorava. As opções são de comidas típicas, o que não é um problema, mas não eram boas, tudo parecia sem gosto ou com o tempero errado. Até o mamão era ruim, uma pena.

Por último, em 5 dias nunca vimos o bar funcionando (estava sempre fechado quando perguntávamos) e o lobby tem o cheiro de um perfume terrível.

La habitación tenía un olor muy raro en la baño, como que la tubería devolvía los olores y el ac no funcionó en varias ocasiones, por lo que tuvimos que pedir soporte.

Locatie is top! Loopafstand van Provenza. Met de uber ben je 5 minutjes bij de Mall Santa Fé! Luxe buurt , veilig en prachtig.
