A Memorable Stay
Pros:

The best thing about Avari is their hospitality. Every staff member is so meticulous about every detail that is important to a guest's experience. Khurshid, Asghar and Zayn from from the front desk were super polite and understanding and always eager to help. Mirza Sahib tended to my needs with regards to housekeeping and reassured me about getting things in order and to my liking.. Sana and Palwasha were exceptionally professional and provided great service. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The food was excellent, breakfast was delicious as ever,, room service was speedy, the rooms were clean and the environment was welcoming.
Thank you to everyone for making my stay so memorable and comfortable.

Pros:

Break fast was not up to mark n not as per expectation... Sweet Lassi has bad odor..
Also, if the booking was of 2 persons the accessory should be there for 2

Great Experience
Pros:

I like the property overall. Hotel and Hotel Staff was very good. Specially the Guy at Reception Zain Awan was very polite and he listen us very carefully. He fulfil our demands.

Amazing stay! Best place. 10 mins drive to Rawalpindi and 10 mins drive to Isla
Pros:

Staff was amazinggggg, I demanded for so may things and they fulfilled everything. I asked to upgrade my room and they did to business suite. I placed so many food panda orders in-between my stay and the staff happily delivered them at my door. Sometimes I was not having currency small notes and they gave the payment. I asked for box carton and they even gave that. The staff was over good and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and had multiple options. I don’t understand why booking. Com has 7.5 ratting. This property deserves 10 rating. It is huge property and completely clean, the room was garden area but completely quiet space. It is in between Rawalpindi and Islamabad, so everything is just 10 mins drive, they even have huge parking space.

Cons:

The only turn off was the wash room, I was planning to switch my stay to another property when I entered in the washroom but when I got the amazing treatment from the staff I minus that washroom because staff and its treatment is more important. Washroom was small which I didn’t like but the other qualities of this property won my heart. I will definitely stay here again
