It was as awesome as it could be
Pros:

The amazing staff, professional customer service, hospitality cleanliness.

Cons:

This is my second home and there is nothing I don’t like however I would say I’ve been seeing people for more than 8 years working on same position. No master how good they are at their job but feels like they are stuck. Sana from restaurant for instance has been wonderful but she is still waiting. For her professional development. I think this way the hotel might lose good workers as they will find opportunity somewhere else

Pros:

Staff and cleaning

Cons:

I paid PKR 20,000 for the room, but honestly it wasn't worth the price. The room was just average and didn't feel like a premium hotel experience. Basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, which was disappointing. The overall stay was okay, but for this price, I expected much better quality and value. I hope the management improves both the room standards and guest amenities.
