Seems to be where the homeless live. Not worth saving money. Stayed one night then left for the doubletree without caring for a refund.

This property is disgusting it’s not a hotel it’s a slum motel!!! Disgusting Expedia needs to remove this property asap!!! People live there the area is horrible and not safe the rooms are disgusting and old !! To be honest I was scared I didn’t even check in I called Expedia and got a full refund back!!

Spacious Rooms and the staff are very friendly! Would definitely recommend for extended stays! Isabella is a great manager! Great location right off of I-4 and near shops and restaurants! Have been here over a month and have no complaints at all.

I was stupid and didn’t read the reviews. Should have left as soon as we checked in but we were only gonna be there for a few hours. Honestly almost called Expedia to complain about them advertising this property. The rooms are HORRIBLE, VERY dirty, terrible upkeep with maintenance and health/safety. I wish I never booked it to save a few dollars. I still feel like I’m gasping for fresh air. Only giving it a 1 star for each because I have to

The hotel was awful. I only made the reservation because we needed something near the restaurant in Winter Park that we were celebrating our sons birthday at. The price was the best around and I know why that is. It looked like a welfare hotel and there were a couple of roaches in the bathroom that I killed. I will never stay there again.

Bugs in the room, cars on blocks in the parking lot, etc. avoid!

There are roaches and the clean lady was doing noise before 11 am

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The room was filthy—stains on the bedding, hair in the bathroom, and a general smell of mildew. I did not feel safe at all during my stay, as the locks on the door felt flimsy, and there were sketchy people lingering around the property. To top it off, loud music blasted throughout the night, making it impossible to get any rest. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give a 0 star I will I checked in at 2am and once I got to my room my door was open and once I entered my room was filthy and disgusting it was so cold and I was exhausted and did not feel safe at all to come back outside at that time all the manger Isabella could say was that she could give me a discount for another night I would never stay there again in my life it was so dirty stay away

Place is dirty mold everywhere had my room switched due to dime baggy sand trash stuff in the toilet plus the toilet was just broken all togther

Roaches in the bathroom. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and musty.
No security latch on door.
Will not stay here again or recommend.

The hotel is old and had many roaches. I changed rooms and each room had more roaches. The bathroom had mold in the shower and was not clean rooms 245 and 253. The ice machine was dirty too. I took a video of the roaches if necessary.

THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE STAYED. Roaches, the SMELL WAS HORRIBLE, THE SMOKE ALARM BEEPING ALL NIGHT. Broken shower walls, filthy, refrigerator was gross. I killed like 8 German roaches. The entire place, building, check in was so disgusting filthy. Light bulbs out as well.
Horrible bed. Thank GOD i went to an event slept 3 hours and ran out.
A place NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
