The room was very nice!
The staff was extremely helpful. There is a nice fire pit outside of the side entrance. Breakfast was good. checking in was a breeze. Be aware that there are two Residence Inns in Waco. We went to the wrong one at first. Finally figured out what was wrong and when we went to the right one we checked right in. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a walk-in shower.
Although the bed was comfortable, it was very high, which is hard for people with mobility issues.
Bed was ok. Glass shower was nice.
Breakfast was pretty good
Sofa was very uncomfortable
Tissue box had 2 tissues in it. Was empty after 1st use

No room service and no clean linens for 4 days. I requested service.

We eloped to get married and this was where we stayed. The staff was wonderful, especially Marcus at the front desk. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was wonderful.
Clean room and great staff
I stay here regularly whem I or we are in Waco. The staff is always great and helpful. Room are always clean as close to new as possible.
Pet friendly rooms were excellent! Great safe area with plenty of shopping and food options. Staff was superb, breakfast was more canned than freshly made but still overall good. There is a large grassy field across the street which is perfect for dog exercising.
Everything was fantastic and easy to get to.
The shower. I do not love how the back end of the shower is open. Sounds silly and very minor but I felt so cold while taking a hot shower.
Ticked every box
Very convenient for our Baylor student move in. Was not happy we had 2 toddlers and a 2 dogs in the room above us. So lots of running around and barking.
The hotel seemed new and well kept. The location was quiet and close to Baylor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the room didn't smell clean and deodorized. The odor seemed to come from the carpet.
The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a slight musty smell that lingered in our room. The room and hotel in general were exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.
We love the well appointed suite with everything we needed for our stay and the bed was very comfortable. You thought of everything. And we want to compliment the staff on their friendliness and helpfulness.
