Très bon accueil , très sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner et chambre agréable, très calme . L’hôtel est assez proche du centre-ville et on peut tout faire à pied.

Kamer en vooral badkamer kleiner dan verwacht. Moeilijk om een raam op een kier te zetten (frisse lucht en koele kamer voor de nacht). Kon alleen dicht of open...

The only positive side is the location of this hotel. Other than that it is rather difficult to find additional advantages.
Few things to mention... breakfast rather weak and the service was not working properly (during first day 1 coffee machine working for a couple of hotels and lack of cups for coffee). Reception was not that interested about the guests unless you ask them specifically. Slow elevator was causing a lot of delay, particularly during crowded periods or during check-out.

The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, the whole space is large enough yet not overwhelming or noisy, and the open connection among different hotels is rather nice and never felt too much. The hotel location was perfect, since I was very close to all destinations I wanted to reach every day, to shopping areas, and close to all museums i visited. The double room is comfortably spacious and well divided, and the staff is welcoming & very helpful
The room cleaning could be much better, some things showed that a deep cleaning is not necessarily taking place every now and then, and many other small details were obvious that cleaning the room was more about fixing the bed rather than handling its cleanliness. The coffee machine in the room is very nice as display but requiers almost a barista to be manipulated. Although staff was very nice and helpful yet one in particular enjoyed « disagreeing » politely :) with customers
La ubicacion y el desayuno
Durante el desayuno deberian estar preparados para la gente alojadas, habia que esperar reponer. La habitacion no se asume que te la limipian, hay que dejar cartel fuera de habitacion para solicitar, y por ultimo tuvimos frio en habitacion por lo que tuvieron que subir varias veces a ver que pasaba.

Pretty crowded in the breakfast, too many people, rooms could be cleaner, one lady (with blonde hair) at reception was really arrogant, small rooms
