Very good hotel
Pros:

Location excellent, easy to reach major attractions on foot and easy to get to it from the airport by public transport. Friendly and helpful staff, room clean, we especially liked the heated floor in the bathroom 😀 Finally a room in which you can open the windows! The hotel even lends you an umbrella if it rains 👍🏻👍🏻 We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Cons:

I always miss another chair in a room for two people. It would be great if there were a few more hooks to hang things. One pillow was lumpy, but there were spare ones, which were ok.
Otherwise, no complaints.

Very well located attractive hotel.
Pros:

Location excellent near to everything and easy to get to the metro if needed. The room was clean. It was a little small however with little storage for clothes. I would upgrade to a bigger room next time. I would stay again.

Cons:

The room was smaller than I had realised.

Tolle Lage, Frühstück in Ordnung, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll. Von dort aus kann man zu Fuß große Teile der Innenstadt erkunden. Auch Metro-Station und Hauptbahnhof sind nicht weit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber, der Kosmetikspiegel war nicht gereinigt, unter den Betten war Staub und Müll. Einzelne Besteckteile waren schmutzig und voller Kalkflecken.

Grosse Zimmer, ideale Lage nah am Bahnhof und doch auch mitten in einem spannenden Quartier.

Cons:

Es kann vom Biergarten gegenüber etwas laut sein, aber die Fenster sind genug dicht.

Very centrally located hotel in Copenhagen is a great place to stay to explore historic areas
Pros:

This hotel had a wonderful location near the city hall square and with easy access to many popular tourist destinations. It had very nice amenities such as soft towels and good toiletries and a nice mini bar selection. It also had two balconies with different city views that we could use. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast (added charge) was very hearty and varied. You can also rent a bike for the day. The common spaces such as lounges and breakfast room are very nicely designed.

Cons:

The price was a little high for the level of luxury of the room, in my opinion. The small carpet in the room was a little dirty, perhaps because of recent rains.

Very disappointing for the price.
Pros:

Location good.

Cons:

Air con not good. Room small and gloomy. Bath in room..irritating. Balcony furniture uncomfortable. Small bathroom.
Tiny wardrobe...no room to hang clothes for 2 people. Not enough coat hangers. Dirty grubby feel to room. Elevator took ages as only one .....had to wait a long time every time. Breakfast really really busy....too many people.

Lovely stay in CPH
Pros:

Location is perfect, 4 minute walk for the main square where many free tours leave. Also close by to Tivoli and the shopping street.
Breakfast was amazing, the staff was very helpful in regard to a special culinary request of ours.
Gym is small but well equipped.

Cons:

The elevators are old, small and slow, so sometimes you have to wait until you get one.

Localização apenas , não voltaria

Cons:

Funcionários extremamente antipaticos , limpeza ficou a desejar, quartos sujos e com muita poeira. Como o hotel junta com mais três hotéis o café da manhã é um caos completo. Jamais voltaria
