The location was great, with easy access to everything we needed. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly whenever we requested housekeeping.
The room was quite small. There is also a park right in front of the hotel where festivals and events with loud music and large crowds were held every evening during our stay. Although they usually ended by 10 p.m. at the latest, we still had to put up with the noise for a couple of hours each evening.
I would probably not recommend this hotel to those who prefer a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. That said, the hotel staff and service were excellent, and we were very happy with the service overall.
La posizione dell'hotel era conveniente e la colazione era buona.
Ho prenotato una Deluxe, che nel loro sito è descritta come "spacious, view to yard". Mi hanno assegnato una camera al primo piano piccola, con bagno minuscolo e lavandino in camera, un armadio per i vestiti interamente occupato da asse da stiro, ferro da stiro e ventilatore, vista strada, di fronte ad un locale estremamente rumoroso. Era molto diversa da quella prenotata su booking. Quando ho chiesto di verificare se fosse effettivamente una Deluxe, mi hanno detto che lo era e che comunque non c'erano camere libere (da Booking risultava il contrario). Il personale è stato estremamente scortese.

We stayed there for a week. Perfect location, quiet, bright rooms, great kind and very helpful staff and very clean as well(you had to put the „clean my room“ label on every morning and then the room was squeaky clean)! Will definitely rebook on the next trip to Copenhagen!

Well- situated . Nice rooms with full amenities. Comfortable bed. Kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge. Wonderful staff, always ready to help. Super clean!
