Centrally located hotel offering solid value for money
Pros:

Great central location close to train station, town hall and Tivoli gardens with good public transport links and various bars, cafés and restaurants in close proximity. Comfortable beds, blackout curtains, coffee machine, nicely designed hotel lobby, relatively quiet during the night.

Cons:

Bathrooms are very small with a tiny sink. Basically every time you will wash your face the floor will be wet. Pillows are also small, more the size of a sofa cushion. The rooms are generally quite small but we've come to accept that in Copenhagen and wouldn't consider that as a negative aspect. The service is decent enough but the hotel does not make any effort to make your stay feel special in any way. We had notified them that we were getting married so they could've easily put a card into the room, a few flowers, a piece of chocolate, anything really. But none of that happened. Upon checking in the reception staff saw the note and said "Oh, congrats to you both. Let us know if you need anything."

Prima hotel, ik zou het zo weer kiezen mocht ik nog een keer naar Kopenhagen gaan.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect!

Cons:

Twee van de drie avonden idd zoals eerder te lezen harde muziek vanuit de biertuin tegenover. deze stopt wel om 21.00u, dan is het echt stil. Een avond was het keiharde techno en was ik blij dat ik er pas om 20.30u weer was, een andere avond was ik eerder op de kamer en raam open en meegenieten!

Nice Hotel to rival the corporates but beware of noise and small rooms
Pros:

Great location for the train station and walking distance of canals etc. we had a deluxe room which was good and nice firm bed but I wouldn’t have wanted to be in a standard it would be too small.

Cons:

There was a music venue across the road which you could hear but it didn’t go too late and the breakfast wasn’t great. Catering for four hotels it was extremely busy. The hot food wasn’t that hot and was most definitely cold by the time you got it back to your table.

Nice boutique hotel - very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Our rooms were lovely (superior), newly decorated and with nice touches like pillow sprays, slippers and gowns. Breakfast was great - delicious breads. Nice little bar area.

Cons:

Pre arrival service wasn’t great but once we arrived all was sorted. Nothing not to like … about a 10 min walk to main areas which we were fine with. Hotel is very close to train station though.

Ok. Location was good. I was quite unwell so the staff were reasonably helpful when finding a doctor.
Pros:

Location. Upgrade to a double on arrival.

Cons:

One of the electric sockets didn’t work and even though I told them about it, nobody did anything. The shower went from hot to warm and back again.The reception staff were quite helpful but not terribly empathetic. Opposite a noisy music venue.
