Great stay, clean and comfortable, home away from home.
I really appreciated the parking pass. It aloud us to visit places outside the city.
The only thing I wish the bedroom had blackout shades
The morning sun rose early.
All in it was a great stay.

Far better than a hotel stay! The bed was comfortable, the space was clean, there was so much to enjoy about the property!

We played shuffleboard, billiards, and swam in the pool.

It was wonderful having a full kitchen that we could cook breakfast in and enjoy the home away from home feeling.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Horrible hotel company. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give them negative stars than I would.

This place was very nice. Close to everything me and my husband wanted to do. Very clean and comfy. Would definitely book this place again. Loved that it has a full kitchen. Didn't have to eat out everyday. My only complaint is that there was construction across the street, but they can't help that.

Kasa was easy. Great roomy studio in Nashville. Never more than 20 minute walk to most fun things to do. Be patient at check in. The instructions are good. Take each step one by one. Building itself is very nice. Access to pool and rooftop terrace. Whole Foods next door to get some snacks and items. Bed was comfy. Appreciated the full size fridge and stove. Nice TV and sitting area. Recommended!

We loved this condo! Great 3 restaurants within a block.Just far enough away from music row, but easy to walk within 15 minutes. We rented a car for a couple of days free parking in the garage. Really easy check in and check out. They have a person in the lobby 24 hrs so we felt exceptionally safe. We had a problem with one of the pullout sofa beds and someone was on it right away.Their customer service is excellent. Very nice gym with excellent equipment, including a pelotons. It's on the ninth floor so we've have a beautiful view of the city and it overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. Hopefully, when we come back again to visit, we will stay in this condo and be able to try out the pool. They have a lovely barbecue area on the 26th floor and their common areas within the buildings are beautiful.

Such a great time! A quick 20 minute walk to downtown broadway down hill. I loved the security of the building! you needed a key fob to enter/leave anything made it feel so safe. Clean unit! The bed was so comfy! It was warm so we definitely utilized the roof top.

We enjoyed our stay. Felt like home and felt very safe. We would and will choose Kasa over JW Marriott, Wedtin and other's like those . Would have used the beautful gas stove if there were instructions for someone like me who has never used one. But on this trip we did not really need it. We will be back

First of all, the place is AMAZING! You get the best view of the city. It’s also super big. The bed is the softest, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It just conforms to your body & it’s perfect. The amenities are also wonderful. We didn’t get to use the pool since it was cold outside, but it was nothing short of beautiful to look at. Kasa also provided essentials which I thought was nice. The only thing I would change is the kitchen having 1-3 more cookware pieces.

Great apartment, everything you need, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the outdoor space too. Super location, within walking distance of most attractions- the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash Museum, the Bridgestone Arena, the Rhyman Auditorium, many restaurants and honky-tonk bars. Highly recommended.

Avoid booking this property - Scammers.
I booked initally thru Booking.com with 'free' cancellation. Before i knew it the full cost had been charged to my card £1.5k - for a reservation 9 months in advance.
My plans changed and i cancelled.
Since then i have been batted between Booking.com and the property for the refund.
Being advised 30 buisness days for refund of £1.5 k ! That is actually 6 weeks !!!
Just beware of booking when the property operates in such a dubious and unscrumpulous manner towards ppl. Caveat Emptor !

Beautiful property and accessible host with the easiest check in and check out process.
Room was meticulous, great unit amenities and fresh linens.
Building offers outdoor pool and great indooroutdoor lounges. Gym is great and of course covered parking!

Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very clean and safe, and smells divine. Great pool area, and rooftop terrace. Walking distance to all the honky tonk bars and stadiums.,

These apartments are finished to a very high standard and included nice little touches such as laundry and dish washing tablets, condiments, tea/coffee etc. After visiting several cities in the US and having 8 nights at Kasa, it was a dream to unpack and have a walk in closet, as well as being able to get some laundry done.
The apartments themselves are in a great location on upper broadway, a less than 10 min walk to the Honky Tonks and madness on lower broadway. Also a great location for midtown and the Gulch all within walking distance. There is a Whole Foods right next door which we were able to stock up on breakfast bits and some beers/wine etc, across the road is a McDonalds and 7/11.
There is a pool (freezing cold despite it being 34 degrees) with a lovely seating area, also noticed a business centre on the same floor as the pool.
Would have no hesitation in staying here again. The only problem we seemed o have was with the water drainage in the bath tub after taking a shower, it seemed to take an unusually long time but we did report this when leaving so hopefully an isolated issue.

My husband and I stayed at this location to visit family and friends in Nashville. This was a beautiful stay with a close walk to the restaurants on Broadway. We utilized the gym during our stay and felt that it was very clean/nice to workout in. Upon arrival, our room was spotless and our balcony had a beautiful view of Broadway! We definitely will return!

Nice apartment, clean and very new, only big problem was that at the moment they are building another block of apartments across the street.
We were woken up at 5am daily with construcion workers and cranes banging about, after the weekend there was welders who work the night shift, banging around all night. Needless to day we didnt get much sleep. I realize this is unavoidable but I would recommend not renting till the building is finished, 2022 maybe.
