Pros:

Ideal spot to stay in Faro, close to the old city, parking just outside. Beautiful communal internal patio. Claudia was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about what we could do in our short time in Faro.

Excellent
Pros:

This is our second stay here. What a beautifully kept place. Very clean, very peaceful. Close to everything, Old Town, shopping district, restaurants, cafes, cafeterias, medical, and dental clinics. Claudia is a first class hostess. She answered all of our questions and provided excellent tips. We really appreciated the onsite parking garage. Very secure.

Cons:

Nothing, all good. Will return.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with friendly and caring staff
Pros:

It was immaculately clean and in a quiet location. Claudia is an incredibly friendly, kind, welcoming and caring owner. She gave us lots of tips about the local area and places to visit. She was quick to resolve any issues that arose with the property. We really appreciated the delicious regional cookies and oranges. The historic centre of Faro is within walking distance, as are the many shops, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. The railway and bus station are also nearby for easy access to other towns and places of interest in the Algarve. We know where to stay next time we are in Faro!

Cons:

The immediate surroundings are not the most picturesque but you don’t really notice that once you are in the property which is like an oasis with its communal courtyard - ideal for relaxing. There is only one washing machine and tumble drier shared between nine apartments and both broke down during our stay. However, Claudia did kindly offer the use of the machine her staff use whilst waiting for an engineer.

Pros:

Excellent welcome and even had our room ready early. Fabulous location to everywhere. No need for a car, and every interesting landmark and shopping close by. So peaceful also. Loved the treats they left us also, much appreciated

Beautiful Cardeal Suites and Apartments in Faro!
Pros:

We realize this type of location isn't for everyone. There are many buildings in the area that are tagged with grafitti, some very artful, some not, but otherwise, this is a delightful location with grocery stores, restaurants and salons just steps away! This is an older neighbourhood but very walkable- the marina is only about 500m away and half of that is on pedestrian only walkways. The pasteleria is excellent and only 60m or so away. We love, love, love Cardeal Suites, very clean, quiet, and Claudia is a perfect hostess. She even found activities for us and was able to arrange s taxi to take us to the airport. We can't wait to return!

Echt een aanrader
Pros:

Cláudia was ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam waar nodig. De locatie was heerlijk rustig, vlak achter het centrum, maar vijf minuten lopen.
Dichtbij supermarkten en de mooie kerk N. Sra.do Carmo.

Pros:

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is excellent - close to everything yet quiet and peaceful.

Claudia, the host, was helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back!

Just as good as the reviews suggest 10/10 stay
Pros:

Clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and supplies, it had all we needed for a weekend away. We booked it based on the superb ratings and were not disappointed. Claudia was very helpful and other staff were friendly too. Staying in February meant it was exceptional value too. We will be back!

Cons:

We would have loved a few more coffee pods.

Uma vila no centro de Faro com uma anfitriã maravilhosa.
Pros:

Antes de mais da atenção inexcedível da Cláudia (anfitriã) que nos acolheu (a mim e aos meus sobrinhos) de forma espontânea e sempre mantendo a comunicação para estarmos todos em sintonia. Antecipou o check-in e tivemos o apartamento disponível e impecavelmente limpo ainda durante a manhã. Esperavam-nos umas doces laranjas do Algarve e uns biscoitos de amêndoa deliciosos. São detalhes que nos fazem sentir bem-vindos.
Destaque para a decoração do apartamento e dos espaços comuns, minimalista mas garantindo todo o conforto e bem estar. Muito bom gosto. As comodidades do apartamento (máquinas de café e de sumos, máquina de lavar loiça, tomadas em vários sítios, entre outros) e do espaço comum ao ar livre são mesmo muito boas e sentimo-nos em casa.
