I have never stayed at a hotel that only allows check in during very limited day time hours, so I did not notice that in the app when I booked it. I have checked in to hotels after midnight before after a long day of travel. So when I arrived Saturday at 11 and the door was locked, I was shocked. I called the number on the door expecting to get instructions on how to check in. Instead I was rudely told that I need to find another place to sleep until Monday. I asked if my reservation would be held and she said yes and that I can check in Monday at 11 and will not pay for the first tow days. When I checked in Monday the rate for the 7 days was higher than it should have been. The 2 days were not taken off. A few days later I was charged an additional $50+ because she did not check me in under my original booking.com reservation (minus 2 days). She instead created a new reservation at the full weekly price. She told me her manager approved the amount to be refunded, but I have still not received the refund.
Also, I've never stayed at an extended stay hotel with a kitchenette where there are not pots, pans, dishes, or utensils. I was flabbergasted to see a stove top with no way to cook.
This was a terrible experience! had to book a last minute 2 night stay in another hotel so that was an extreme unnecessary expense that I was not expecting. We booked a room with a kitchenette in order to save on food expenses, but there was not way to cook, or eat in the unit.
I was overcharged a penalty charge, promised a refund, but never received it.
I was overcharged for the 7 nights I stayed there. I did not get the booking.com rate that I had reserved.

Trust me when I say just spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. It was filthy and usafe. Its basically a drug infested dump. Was told we have to supply our own towels and toilet paper. Then when we checked out they refused to return our deposit.
We loved everything about it
the price was perfect while in between houses
the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional
I love everything

My husband and I are here so he can have his cancer surgery. we booked two weeks in advance. spent $600. Drove 9+ hours to get here. called 17 times from 12pm-7pm to let them know we would be late and left 2 voicemails to call us back. When we arrived we were told we would not be checking in because no one was on staff of even willing to come in. not even the person ONCALL. Now we are expected to sleep in the car and out $600 we didn't cave because my husband HAS CANCER. THEY JUST STEAL FROM CANCER PATIENTS.
There's no breakfast no coffee
Coffee at least
The room was very clean and tidy and the beds were soft and comfy
I booked with you on booking.com they couldn't find my reservation so I had to pay the walk in fee for one week which was 622 plus dollars. I am sorry but I was told by multiple people that this hotel does that a lot to travelers or people staying there.
Of the 8 days we were there, the water was totally shut off for 4 of them. It was very inconvenient due to the fact we had a two year old with us. It was stated more than once that they didn't give compensation for our inconvenience. I will never recommend this facility to anyone that I know.
the fact that they dont clean regularly and expect you to go a week with one roll of toliet paper and two towels other than that was a pleasant stay remotely clean and quiet
