Pros:

Top Lage, die Innenstadt und der Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist modern, aber das Farbschema rot-schwarz ist nicht wirklich gemütlich. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster nach außen – es gab nur fest verbaute, sich nicht öffnen lassende Fenster ins Foyer. Heißt, dass es frische Luft nur über die Belüftungsanlage gibt. Hier und da waren Macken an den Möbeln und Kalkablagerungen in der Dusche – ein paar kleine Ausbesserungen wären langsam mal angebracht.

Tror absolut ikke vi kommer tilbage efter sådan en søvnløs omgang….

Centralt, morgenmad var god

Cons:

Klimaanlæg virkede ikke, personalet var ikke interesseret i at hjælpe - skyldte på det varme vejr som årsag og sagde vi kunne tænde og slukke på sikring og se om det fungerede…

Det var søvnløse nætter med 27c på værelset.

Den ene receptionist sagde dog da vi tjekkede ud at hun ville undersøge om ik vi kunne få en kompensation - men vi blev afspist med: “Sån er det bare… vi vil kigge på det så andre får en bedre oplevelse - bare ærgerligt for jer at I fik et dårligt ophold….” Holdning

Cons:

Jeg ankom halvsent, så jeg har kun sovet og spist morgenmad, så med en pris på den forkerte side af 2000kr., synes jeg det er betalt.

Could have been good but the noise at 6am was terrible
Pros:

It’s a relatively new hotel with spacious rooms at a good location in the city center.

Cons:

I was woken up at 6:00am every morning because I was put in a room on the first floor directly in front of a construction site. The staff never informed me of this otherwise I would have looked for another option. Not only the construction site was noisy but the soundproofed on the windows was so bad that I could hear people chatting in the streets and the sound of the traffic light beeping when it turned green. It’s unacceptable that a room is so poorly soundproofed, specially when it is literally 5 meters away from an active construction site.

Stylisches Zimmer und super zentrale Lage!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider etwas weniger wertig als der Rest. Das Rührei schmeckte leider nicht, da es sehr weich war. Die Würstchen und Bacon waren zäh und hart. Leider Selbstbedienung bei den Kaffeeautomaten und keine gute Alternative bezüglich Milch und entkoffeinierten Getränken.

Comfy beds, gorgeously big bath tub, great location, staff friendly & helpful

Cons:

Very expensive for a place that doesn't have air conditioning. Nor did they restock the room each day (bath salts, sugars for coffee)
