Sehr stimmiges Hotel mit toller Küche !

Wir waren sehr angetan von dem gesamten Hotel bis auf eine Ausnahme (siehe unten). Lage, Zimmer mit Einschränkungen, Frühstück und Abendessen wirklich hervorragend. Frühstücksauswahl anfangs sehr ungewohnt, wenn man Büfett gewöhnt ist, Qualität der angebotenen Sachen aber hervorragend.

Cons:

Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, das der Toilettenraum keine wirkliche Abtrennung zu dem übrigen Zimmer hat und hierdurch keine wirkliche Privatsphäre ermöglicht. Leider ist diese Art der Zimmeraufteilung immer öfters in Hotels anzutreffen. Dusche und Bad haben leider auch keine richtige Abtrennung, kann man aber mit leben.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mitten im Zentrum mit tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Wir haben dieses Hotel auf unserer 6-tägigen Fahrradtour durch Nordholland mit 2 Paaren besucht. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir per WhatsApp kontaktiert und es gab erste Informationen, auch zu Parkoptionen. Da wir mit den Fahrrädern angereist sind, wurde uns angeboten im Garten des Hotels zu parken.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, direkt an einem großen Platz mit vielen Restaurants. Auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks, circa 200 Meter vom Vordereingang entfernt, gibt es einen separaten Zugang zu dem Garten in welchem es auch viele Tische mit Bestuhlung gibt. Die Fahrräder konnten wir hier einfach irgendwo dazwischen parken, einfach dort wo Platz ist. Der Check-In war freundlich und ging sehr zügig. Uns wurden die Optionen für das Frühstück erklärt. Entweder ein kleines Frühstück ab 08:00 Uhr oder ein großes Frühstück ab 08:30 sind möglich. Wir haben je Zimmer einen Zettel erhalten, welchen wir an dem Abend bitte ausgefüllt zurückgeben sollten. Für das kleine Frühstück gab es eine Auswahl von 4 Speisen und für das große Frühstück circa 15 Optionen. Man konnte jeweils die gewünschte Menge eintragen für Brot, Eier, Wurst, Käse u.v.m.

Die Zimmer waren sehr gut eingerichtet, super sauber und boten alles was man braucht. Wir hatten Zimmer im 1. OG. Diese sind über eine steile Treppe erreichbar oder auch mit einem Aufzug. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern gestaltet und das Badezimmer ist toll.

Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war klasse und wurde am Tisch serviert. Kaffeespezialitäten wurden auf Wunsch auch noch nachgeliefert. Der Orangensaft war frisch und alle Gerichte haben qualitativ überzeugt.

Der abschließende Check-Out lief ebenfalls wieder sehr zügig und freundlich.

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr überzeugt, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons:

Preislich ist das Hotel schon etwas gehobener, aber die Qualität und die Lage sind natürlich auch gut. Im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten war die Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder vollkommen OK. Ich denke, dass es dort wohl etwas eng werden könnte wenn das Hotel samt Gastronomie voller sind. Für uns hat es gut gepasst.

A wonderful experience.
Pros:

This property is centrally located with a beautiful terrace garden at the rear. The food is excellent and the cleanliness impeccable. Rooms are modern and stylish and the staff both professional and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

Cons:

Parking is a challenge but the hotel offers useful information on the nearest locations. We were able to use the only blue badge space in the street to the rear, so our advice to anyone with mobility issues and a blue badge is to register for free parking with the city in advance. This allows free parking in otherwise quite expensive paid locations.
