I liked the part where we got the hell out of there and found a hotel that felt safe and I could breath in...

Cons:

The curtains were stained, the smell of bleach was so strong it burned our lungs. I have severe asthma and it would have been dangerous for me to breath that into my lungs. The area felt unsafe for two women traveling alone to stay in...

Pros:

The proximity to the location of the conference I attended. The person who checked us in was very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were smelling like persons smoked in them. It was cockroach infested....even in the refrigerator. Persons travelling with me said there were bed bugs.

Like the place bed good we got housekeeping gave us trash bags and hand soap everywhere nice friendly price good got stay monthy it near Walmart and near dollars store walk to 10 minutes walk if want stay other month we could staff nice housekeeping nice helpful I

I don't like bugs every where in kitchen and on bed awhile we sleep bugs on bed even sheets were clean but had bug guy came in spray plus it Florida I don't like that we get hot water take shower Manger say he fix it but get fix unitl 3 weeks that problems I had bath my self in sink if took shower no hot water or warm water take shower there no coffee pot like in photo TV work not many channels watch there no cable no plates or cups like photos lie you buy every thing yourself like too cook need pan but beside they had microwave work good place put your food big freezer I buy coffee pot I left I can't travel with coffee pot but have bug problems it Florida hot humid that why bring bugs out I smell pot outside hotel walk around one time people fright late night but police came few times due people fright police be here on Sunday

Annoyed, making an effort to prevent me from enjoying my vacation.
Pros:

The location near the airport is ok.

Cons:

There is a lot of drug use, and the residents who are clearly temporarily housed homeless people will try to get rid of you if you say anything about it. There also seems to have been fighting happening on the property, and at least one drug dealer. At some point, one woman was declared to have been a prostitute.

Don’t stay!
Pros:

Very unprofessional! No was there at the office and when I called they left us outside for 3hrs saying that overbooked when I booked over a week in advance.

Cons:

I didn’t like the atmosphere. There were drug addicts outside begging. The neighborhood was dirty

Pros:

Without staying they charged and cancelled the booking before we check in. Staff ask us to leave and put some charges even after cancellation by them. Have to find another hotel in night with kids

Today I will depart - since the moment I arrived - the room I reserved was not available -the response was that earlier arrival took the reservation - Really !!
According to your rules you can not arrive before 3 pm mine around4:30 pm.
I was offered the last available room - I checked smell smoke so badly - I called the phone in the office to ck on other of your locations - No room neither .
No possibility to move to a better room ever never during the stay per front desk .

It was Black Friday day the possibility to find a new place hardly difficult - I was coming out of states to conduct do a non profit organization work . It is only a month that I lost my mom - I am over 60 , there was no kindness from the front desk lady neither the manager. .

I felt so mistreated to the lack of empathy during the time of Thanksgiving and Christmas season !! OH my God !!

This room is run down to its maximum :
1- bed - is like getting to a hole
2- The rugs are imposible to
Put your feet on
3- safety hazard in the kitchenette
4- bathroom - I can not put my naked feet in the shower floor- so disgusting
5- 2nd day Roaches in the bathroom.
6- 2 transparent towels
I got sick - so I departed …

Definitely , will need to have my money back .
Otherwise I will share this review within my non Profit org family and friends .

Not that I expect 5 Star ⭐️ - kind but your on line. offer did not match the reality
