Pros:

En general todo estuvo muy bien. Todos los servicios de la habitación funcionaron bien, la cama estuvo cómoda, buena presión del agua, el servicio de limpieza estuvo muy bien, y el desayuno muy rico. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, y es muy silencioso y tranquilo. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó, es que la habitación no tenía ninguna fuente de luz natural.

Pros:

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue, en general, buena. Lo que más me gustó fue el confort de la habitación: las camas eran súper cómodas y la limpieza estuvo 10/10. La habitación se sentía agradable y limpia, lo cual para mí es muy importante.

También quiero destacar la excelente atención del chico que estaba en recepción durante la noche. Su servicio fue 10/10, siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos. Realmente no tenemos ninguna queja de su atención.

Cons:

Sin embargo, sí considero que hay aspectos que podrían mejorar en cuanto al servicio del personal. La atención del chico de la mañana fue un poco regular y, lamentablemente, la atención de las mujeres que nos atendieron fue 0/10. En varias ocasiones sentimos una actitud poco amable, como si no tuvieran disposición para atendernos o como si estuvieran molestas por tener que hacerlo. Considero que en un hotel la atención al cliente es tan importante como las instalaciones, y en ese aspecto nuestra experiencia no fue la mejor.
