stressful and compact

I Did not enjoy my stay at all. I have rented from this property before but just under another name. I was under the impression that I would have a two bed/two bath. I didn't get that and it did not sleep 8 people. My son has bites all over his face an arm from the air mattress sinking to the floor and bugs from the carpet bit him. A number of things went wrong. I called the office as soon as I saw the room to get it corrected. It was late and rep i spoke with wanted me to send in screen shots etc. Basically, saying it would not be changed and asked if I am pull up. (why did she not know) Also I was shocked while airing up the bed. The bed in the room was so uncomfortable because the frame was broken. My family was woken up the early next morning by a worker regarding lights to be replaced. I didn't know at the time we had a light issue since we just checked in. It just wa not worth the money to just settle

Risky property. Credit card was scammed.
Pros:

The unit itself was basically as described.

Cons:

The area is a ghetto with scores of homeless people on the street outside the building. Also, asked to send an image of credit card. For security deposit. After sending card had numerous attempts to charge scam transactions - card was blocked by the bank. You can't check in without sending a photo of your credit card. Don't do it. I learnt the hard way.

I travel all over the world, and I had AirPods as well as a Nintendo switch for my son storm
Pros:

The interior was OK but the outside had a lot of bad characters. The reviews were all over the place and we had items stolen from the room. (There was nothing luxury above the building, but the inside was decent.)

Cons:

The outside had a lot of people using drugs, there was no staff on site. Everything was through the phone. Additionally, the key had to get in was not easy.
