Cons:

Una pena que nuestro apartamento estaba algo sucio, sobretodo la cocina. Tambien encontramos restos de comida en la nevera de los anteriores huespedes.

The swimming pool

I was disappointed with my stay, mainly due to the poor condition of the room and the lack of customer-oriented service at the front desk. I honestly do not understand the high rating at google, which do not represent the current status of the facility.

1. Room condition and cleanliness
The room was in clear need of refurbishment and a much deeper level of cleaning. When we arrived, the floor was so dirty that walking around with white socks turned them black. The sofa was heavily stained and looked as though it had not been properly cleaned in a long time.
Several pieces of furniture were also in poor condition. The coffee table was damaged and wobbly, and the chair showed significant wear and tear. The bathroom walls had numerous stains that appeared to have been there for quite some time, raising concerns about the overall housekeeping standards. Even the dishwasher seemed well past its useful life, with the interior having turned yellow from age and extensive use.
To make matters worse, when we tried to improve the cleanliness ourselves by using the vacuum cleaner provided in the room, the air coming out of the vacuum had a strong mouldy smell. Instead of making the room feel cleaner, it actually made the environment feel less fresh and raised additional concerns about maintenance and hygiene standards.

Another observation that added to the disappointment was that, on our last day, we passed several other rooms that appeared to be noticeably better maintained and in better overall condition than the room we had been assigned. In addition, our room was furnished with only a high table and two high stools, despite our reservation being for a family of four, including two children. This meant there was not enough suitable seating for all guests, and the high stools were not particularly practical or safe for young children.
