Pros:

Extrêmement bien placé. Personnel au top. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans les apparts. Quand je reviendrai à Miami j’y retournerai sans hésiter

Den Tag am Pool mit einer großartigen Aussicht auf die Skyline ausklingen lassen.
Pros:

Schöne, großzügig geschnittene ruhige Wohnung im 5.OG. Man konnte in den Innenhof das Fenster etwas aufschieben (Frischluft 😉) Highlight war der Pool auf dem Dach. Die Eiswürfelmaschine im Kühlschrank und der kostenlose Kaffee in der Lobby waren auch super. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter am Empfang.

Cons:

Der Flur zu den Wohnungen wirkt etwas muffig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar.

I would like to come back.
Pros:

The location was great. Quiet neighbourhood, art everywhere, easy and safe parking, and great customer service.
When we travel as a family, it is always helpful to have a washing machine and dryer in the room.

Cons:

Le lavabo était bouché à notre arrivée. Nous avons contacté la réception qui a envoyé un réparateur. Malgré cela le lavabo est resté bouché tout notre séjour.
La communication entre réception et femme de ménage compliquée pour obtenir du gel douche

Séjour agréable mais manque de propreté pour un séjour de 2 semaines

La superficie de la chambre, la réactivité du personnel, la situation géographique

Cons:

Nous nous attendions à bénéficier des services habituels d’un hôtel durant notre séjour. Cependant, au cours de nos deux semaines sur place, personne n’est venu nettoyer le sol de notre chambre ni vider les poubelles. Nous avons également demandé des serviettes propres aux femmes de ménage, mais celles-ci nous ont répondu que ce n’était pas possible.

Nous sommes très déçues par la qualité du service, qui ne correspond pas à ce que nous étions en droit d’attendre pour un séjour hôtelier de deux semaines.

Tolle Nacht mit einzigartigem Pool im wunscherschönen Wynwood District.

Entrée sehr schön eingerichtet und einladend zum verweilen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eher praktisch und kühl eingerichtet, aber es hat alles was es braucht.
