Pros:

Stay one night before a cruise. Room was super nice. Move in ready lol. We literally only slept there but there was food and bars right down the street

A elevated apartment hotel stay with
Pros:

Josiah was wonderful when we checked in at the front we love the hotel room number 444. I gave it a home away from home feeling the lotion that was offered in the bathroom was great. Be having two would be awesome for people that are booking more than one person. I love the location of our room that we were able to overlook the courtyard area. The gym was a wonderful addition and I like that we had the pool access as well. The gentleman on Sunday, his name was Dieter was kind as well. One of the security guys that night was also very kind. There was Band-Aids that I needed for an emergency so having this amenity was great thank you so much for a wonderful hospitality. Look forward to booking here again.

Cons:

It would be a nice feature that if we needed to have late checkout, even if it was 30 minutes to an hour, that would be wonderful to add since Miami is a place that doesn’t sleep and they weren’t able to accommodate that so maybe having that.

I have very mixed feelings, maybe a different unit would have gotten a better review.
Pros:

Wonderful swimming pool on the roof! Parking in the building was and worth the expense. The location was good with a good variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. The street art was great.

Cons:

We were given an ADA unit. For some reason, they removed all the shelves in the kitchen cabinets so there was no room to put dry goods. Just because someone in a wheelchair might not be able to reach a shelf doesn't mean you need to remove access for use by others! There were two bathrooms, one with the floor level to the shower which was a good design for mobility issues (and it had the best showerhead), but there was no counter space. The single washer/dryer combo did neither well. I get it that such an appliance is accessible, but get one that works! There was no coffee table even though there was enough room for one. The kitchen was poorly appointed, having only two pans, a cork screw, bottle opener, and a spatula. The drawers were so small that the flatware had to reside on the counter top. The overall decor was minimalist, which I'm not opposed to, but this is verging on unactractive and is not done with any thought about functionality.

Hotel Review
Pros:

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The suite with den accommodated four people well and was comfortable. It’s a good location if you’re looking to be in the heart of downtown Miami with nightlife but not too far of a drive to the beaches. The lobby had snacks to purchase and they do have a pool. The noise level was adequate during our stay nothing too loud. There was a washer and dryer in the room, which was nice.
