Pros:

Very welcoming staff with excellent suggestion for local dining. Complimentary bottles of water at check in and free lunch bags for travel at check out. Beautiful, spacious room and excellent shower. Perfect workout area and pool.

Cons:

Not really in a walkable neighborhood. No hot tub.
