Staff did nothing about barking dogs in other rooms
Pros:

It was comfortable and clean

Cons:

There were dogs barking every day. They were start barking at 6 am and sometimes at 2-3 am and staff did nothing about it.

Cons:

Tuve problemas al entrar al Hotel, no aceptaron la reserva desde booking y me tuvieron 7 horas esperando sin dar solucion y sin poder siquiera descansar. Luego intente conversar con la Manager y nunca estuvo disponible para atenderme, termine perdiendo mas de 1.000 dolares en mi estancia.

Quick stay for cruise to Bahamas!
Pros:

Breakfast was ok.They guy was very nice and kept the area very clean.

Cons:

There wasn't any protein at breakfast. Bacon/sausage would have been great.
There wasn't any close by stores w/o transportation. Maybe hotel could provide a quick bus run for small price$5.

Pros:

Everything was excellent includes the location, the room, the bed and shower great. Breakfast was very nice and complete with variety. Parking free and close.

Cons:

When arrived at 7:00 am after a long fly from Australia (30+hrs) was attended by Miguel. I told him that I requested an early entrance by booking.com and was ok if availability. Miguel told me that not possible and have to wait until 3:00 pm for check-in or at 1:00 pm if available will need to pay $50… but the hotel was complete full. In 5 minutes he left and Maria came in and I asked her if she could check wat time I could check in and told me that there were rooms available and I could check in paying $50 additional. So not good customer service from Miguel who needs training in that area. Maria was excellent and very nice to check us in 5 minutes at the additional cost of $50 which I was very happy 😊
