Verry disappointing at the end when my items were not recovered but had no other issue
Pros:

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and always had a pleasant smell. The breakfast quality was good, and the Chef was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The Front Desk staff was very efficient and helpful. I had an issue with the TV, and I got assistance very quickly. Check-in was smooth and quick.
The quality of the wifi was very good, the bed was comfy
I checked out late due to a medical emergency, and the late check-out fee was waived. I was very appreciative of that.

Cons:

Three hours after checking out, I realized I had left items in the room. I immediately called the hotel, but they never recovered. I take responsibility for leaving the items in the first place; however, I believed they would be recovered, as I always see the good in people, the staff at the Hotel has always been so courteous and professional.

Overall our stay was good, staff were friendly and very accommodating.
