Pros:

Ubytování přímo v centru města. Ze dveří se vstupuje rovnou na náměstí, kde právě probíhaly vánoční trhy, za kterými jsme sem přijeli.

Cons:

Apartmán nešel vytopit. Topení běželo naplno, v apartmánu byla však stále zima. Museli jsme použít přímotop, který byl k dispozici.

Apartman nije očišćen, užas teški, noću gase grijanje pa je bilo hladno, komunikacija preko agencije koja je totalno ne zainteresirana, smrad u sobi 107 je toliki da nisko kogli boraviti tamo, i wc u 101 sobi je smrdio iz kanalizacije ajme. Ne preporučam ovo nikako. Netko je stari zgradi 200 godina samo ušminkao, prevara teška.

Cons:

Credenziali di accesso a Internet errate, ricevute dopo due messaggi dall’host e nonostante poi le nuove credenziali fossero corrette, Internet non funzionante. Appena entrati in casa c’era odore nel bagno, l’ultima persona che lo aveva usato non aveva fatto arieggiare pertanto tutto l’appartamento era impregnato del cattivo odore. Davanti al frigo era scritto che avremmo trovato dentro acqua di cortesia (non pervenuta). Da una “suite” come minimo mi aspetto con la macchina da caffè una cialda di cortesia per ogni ospite. Ci è stato comunicato una decina di giorni prima dell’aumento della tassa di soggiorno (cosa che per inciso ha fatto solo questa struttura, nessuna delle altre a Villaco in cui abbiamo pernottato) e nonostante avessi chiesto all struttura già da quella comunicazione se fosse incluso nel prezzo che vedevo su Booking il nuovo aggiornamento, nessuna risposta se non quando ho visto il prelievo dal conto. Che sia vero o meno poco importa, il nuovo “aumento” non può andare a inficiare la prenotazione del cliente.
