Amazing - clean, friendly and delicious and clean food

We have visited Hotel Iris four times over the past four years, but unfortunately, our most recent stay left us deeply disappointed. It was evident that the overall quality of the hotel has declined significantly compared to previous years.

The food, once a highlight of our stay, was noticeably worse this year. The variety and taste have both deteriorated, and the only dessert consistently available was watermelon. While Greek watermelons are undoubtedly delicious, one does expect more than a single option for dessert at a hotel.

Housekeeping was perhaps the most concerning aspect. During our seven-night stay, the bed linens were not changed even once. The only routine cleaning involved replacing the towels — and even that was neglected for an entire day, requiring me to personally remind the staff.

The most unpleasant part of our experience, however, was the constant presence of the two elderly owners. Rather than enhancing the atmosphere with their experience or hospitality, they created a tense environment by openly displaying frustration — not only toward their own staff but also toward the children enjoying the pool or the small playground. While it is understandable that children may sometimes need guidance, the manner in which these owners acted lacked both pedagogical understanding and basic respect. They did not come across as concerned caretakers, but rather as grumpy figures who seemed irritated by the presence of joy and playfulness.

Hotel Iris has potential,

Utmärkt poolområde. Städning på rummet inte bra.
Elsladdar från vägg i badrum går rakt ut utan att dessa är täppta eller märkta. Har antagligen vart en lampa där. Ganska farligt med att det är så i ett badrum.
Frukost sådär

Struttura esternamente moderna e curata.
Piscina e zona relax molto belle.
Personale al check-in cordiale e gentile.
Punti negativi:
Camere, lenzuola, asciugamani, balcone e bagno sporchi.
Abbiamo dovuto richiamare il personale al nostro ingresso per farci cambiare la biancheria e far fare una ulteriore pulizia della stanza.
Fuori e dentro la stanza erano presenti delle blattelle.
Cena a Buffet nella media.
Per problemi di salute ho chiesto del riso in bianco che non mi è stato preparato pertanto l'ho ordinato per la sera consecutiva alla reception. Con mia sorpresa anche la sera successiva non era stato preparato quanto richiesto. Solo insistendo alla reception mi è stato preparato un piatto di riso in bianco crudo e salatissimo.
Letteralmente immangiabile.
Non lo consiglio.

Oda genişliği iyiydi fakat çarşaflar ve havlular konaklama boyunca değiştirilmedi. Kahvaltı vasatın bile altındaydı. Çevre düzenlemesi sayesinde dışarıdan yeni ve bakımlı bir otel gibi gözükse de bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, lobideki arkadaş özellikle konaklama sonrası ulaşım içinde çok yardımcı oldu, kahvaltı harici herşey mükemmel konum atmosfer vs gayet memnun kaldık, siviri ye yolunuz düşerse kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Es war gut. Ruhig und sauber. Frühstück war einfallslos

Definitely a price performance champion!
Air-conditioned comfortable rooms, moderate breakfast, 10 min walking distance to the beach, nice pool, nice decoration outside!

I think that would be great if they don’t close the pool at 7 pm..

Insgesamt gut. Kleine Abzüge in: Frühstück sehr einseitig, Stühle Balkon sehr unbequem. (Kissen würden ausreichen) kann man nicht lange sitzen.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are truly so hard working, the breakfast and dinner crew work non stop and Nikos is amazing by the pool. For their sake though, we suggest that the uniform changes to shorts in this heat not black trousers!
The only downfall here was the lack of hot or even tepid water at various times of the day and the continuous power cuts.
Location is very close to Siviri beach - truly walking distance.

Ο εξωτερικος χώρος ηταν πολυ ομορφος και προσεγμένος, το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό παρόλα αυτά το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό ειδικα για τη κατάσταση που επικρατεί τώρα. Το τηλέφωνο δε λειτουργούσε, το ψυγείο μετα βίας κρυώνε το οτιδήποτε και έκανε πολυ έντονους θορύβους. Το πρωινό με μεγαλη επιείκεια θα το ελεγα ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος της πισίνας οχι και τοσο καθαρος . Γενικά βγάλαμε αρκετά σπυράκια λόγο της ακαθαρσίας . Και πάλι ενα μπραβο για την εξυπηρέτηση και την άμεση ανταπόκριση του προσωπικού!
