Pros:

This is a very runned down property.The room we stayed in needs major refurbishments. The wall in the bedroom it’s full of mould as well as the grouting on the bathroom walls and you notice the strong smell of it as soon as you walk in. Housekeeping only changed our bed once, in 8 nights and we always need to ask for clean towels.Breakfast is very basic, I’ve brought in my own fruit several times. Didn’t dare to go in the swimming pool, it looked very dirty with strange things floating, like something died in there. The only good thing is that it’s a 2 minute walk from the beautiful and amazing Kendwa Beach

We only stayed one night but we’re surprised there was no phone in the room to contact the receptionist or other hotel services. The room was very clean, though there was no refrigerator in the room. An alarm was constantly ringing throughout the entire night we were there. This was a very inconvenient experience. The alarm was full enough to slow you to fall asleep eventually but we were randomly awaken by the alarm noise a few times during the night. It never completed stopped the entire time we were there. The reception staff were nice at checkin.

Pros:

When we came to the hotel the owner told us that the hotel was closed but he did receive the money so he gave us a room near a renovation site... the breakfast was a disaster... one egg each ... the electricity was delivered 20 hours a day ... the hotel didn't have a generator .... last night of our visit there was no electricity the whole night.
In tge reception there was a guard who new nothing about anything.
The hotel was on the beach and it is a huge plus
