No attention to details, unfinished building works: pipes, electrics being exposed wires.
Smell in the restaurant by the section with dark tables was very unpleasant.
No glass just plastic cups for water and juices,
Cleaning service in the room poor. I had impression that only towels were changed and bins. Shower, neither basin were cleaned regularly. TV not working in the bathroom.

Disgraceful, disgusting, and decrepit hotel.
Nothing like in the photos. We were booked for 8 nights. We arrived and within three hours booked to go to another hotel for the next day. This was because it is extremely unsafe for children. There are uneven surfaces, broken decking, rubbish, rocks, and hazards everywhere - we knew it wasn't safe for our toddler. Despite the images there is no children's playground, no gardens, no glamorous rooms. Unsafe and dirty. Poorly made steps everywhere. Broken decking with exposed nails.
Exposed pipes and cables all over. Open drains.
Uneven surfaces throughout. Very dangerous for young children. Not to mention the lifeguard at the pool never watched the pool. The kids pool has no steps in for children to get in and out safely. It's like a run down motel, not a 4 star resort. The room was dirty and cheaply furnished. The bed was like a marble slab. The tiling in the shower floor was badly done so there were raised sharp edges of tiles. The swim up pool was dirty and the steps in barely attached. The staff (except the staff in the cafeteria who were lovely) were terrible. The lifeguard spent all his time at the bar. The barmen were rude- one of them mopped the crud from his bar into the kid's pool. The cleaning men spit everywhere. The reception staff rude and patronising. The manager is disgraceful. The room was furnished like cheap student accommodation, and our luxury swim up apartment looked into a busy carpark. What we tasted (one dinner and one breakfast) was terrible. The food was not fresh. Even the cornflakes at breakfast were stale and the milk sour. Cheap, like everything else. For the price it was shameful. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Rundown, no entertainment, pool and area looked like it needed a make over. Wires and pipes exposed on staircases, LED lights broken in the pool. Food was okay but wasps and flies everywhere. Room was not serviced in accordance to standard, hand towels, shower gels and to cap it off, no bottles water. The response we got from the bar was there’s a water cooler and gave us a cup. Terrific hospitality., NOT. Room 608 had a swim up pool with spectators from the road peering over every day. No privacy, road in constant use from dawn to dusk. Stay elsewhere.

Kambariai šiaip sau... Neveikė šaldytuvas. Nebuvo paruošta patalynė vienam asmeniui, todėl atvykus naktį reikėjo vėl toli eiti atgal paildomų užtiesalų. Kambaryje nebuvo žymeklio ,,netrukdyti" ir todėl kambarių eidavo tvarkyti net paprašius to nedaryti. Teritorijoje apie baseina mėtosi daug šiukšlių-plastikinių puodelių, ledų puodelių, medinių šaukštelių, šiaudelių. Priėjimas prie jūros status, mažas ir be gultų. Vakarais buvo leidžiama labai garsi muzika. Atsakingas asmuo vakarais būdavo girtas.

One book in a one bedroom suite. No glassware, no coffee , tea nor bottled water. Kitchenette completely empty except for a kettle , a fridge and one mug. Not 4 star. Pool bar decrepit and without vodka , chipped jumble sale terrace furniture and the dining room like a student hall of residence cafeteria, although with less character.

The drinks were definitely watered down. The bed was not very comfy. They wouldn’t allow bottled water for an all inclusive and would only allow cups of water to take back to your room. Then when we would buy a bottle of water it let getting put in the bin despite still having water in it.

Die Außenanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte renoviert werden. Es hat oft unangenehm nach Essig gerochen und die Gläser hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Der Großteil der Getränke hat uns persönlich nicht geschmeckt.

The only things we didn’t like were specific to our room, not the overall resort and likely not other rooms (even of the same kind).

Our room’s bathroom door didn’t close fully and the door handle was a bit loose. The water temperature would change from very hot to very cold without moving the faucet handle, and the sink in the room (not the one in the bathroom) was missing an aerator and so the water would come out flying if used.

I think a small maintenance checkup for our room would have fixed all that, but we went during really high season so perhaps that was a part of it.

The place is lovely for a first time Sidari visit in Corfu.

Die Enttäuschung vom schlechten ersten Eindruck lag schwer. Das Hotel ist bisher nur teilweise renoviert und braucht vor allem an den Allgemeinräumen, wie Restaurant und Poolbar, und in den Details viel Nachbesserungen, was dem Management und der Eignergruppe auch gut bekannt ist. Für unser 13 Monate altes Baby gab es zu viele Gefahren, sodass wir uns nicht am öffentlichen Pool aufhalten wollten. Auch die offensichtlichen hygienischen Mängel haben uns vom Verzehr an der Poolbar abgehalten. Man hat uns allerdings zugehört und ernst genommen.

Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die für uns nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels entsprochen haben.
Das Essen hat uns insgesamt nicht überzeugt und war unserer Meinung nach qualitativ nicht auf dem Niveau, das man bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Auch an der Bar haben wir leider öfter nicht wirklich das bekommen, was wir bestellt bzw. erwartet hatten.
Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt war das WLAN, das während unseres Aufenthalts praktisch nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht nutzbar war.

Sehr überrascht waren wir außerdem vom angebotenen Flughafentransfer des Hotels: Für zwei Personen hätte dieser etwa 150 € pro Strecke gekostet, was wir als sehr teuer empfanden.
