Pros:

The breakfast was perfect, very complete with plenty of options. Honestly, you don’t need anything more.

The hotel itself is in excellent condition, everything is clean, looks new, and very well maintained. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, the bed sheets were very clean, and the shower had everything you might need (soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels).

The AC worked perfectly, and overall the room was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

I arrived late (around 11 p.m.), and the parking lot was full, so I had to park on the street. There was a security guard watching the cars overnight, which helped, but it would be better if parking were guaranteed.

The rooftop was under maintenance, so there wasn’t really a common area besides the breakfast space. I wasn’t expecting a pool or jacuzzi since they don’t advertise one, but it would be nice to have another shared space.

Also, the hotel is located next to a main road, so you can hear traffic noise. However, I still slept well.

Estaba limpio y no se sentia nada viejo

Mi cuarto tenia el aire en una ubicacion no muy adecuada, somos originarios de clima frio y nos ataco un poco el calor pero no fue nada grave

el aseo. se limitó a tender la cama y barrer por encima la habitación y no organizaban nada.
restaurante, me negaron el desayuno en dos ocasiones por bajar a las 10:05 am según la camarera porque el servicio era solo hasta las 10am

Desayuno bien. Cercania a supermercados y restaurantes.

Cuando llegué, solicité que me cambiaran a un cuarto con 2 camas ya que en linea no habían disponibles. Me dijeron que claro y que iban a dejar una nota para el día siguiente, solo para darme cuenta que era mentira y no dejaron ninguna nota, y me dijeron que no habían cuartos disponibles con 2 camas. Me quedé en el cuarto y falló el aire acondicionado, por lo que tuvieron que moverme a otro cuarto, para mi sorpresa, de 2 camas, osea si habían disponibles.
Me molestó me me mintieran y a la vez me resolvieron el problema rápido.
