Very good property, close to amenities and super friendly staff.
Pros:

Very comfortable modern rooms, great breakfast, nice pool. Excellent local bakery and taverna close by. Short walk into town. Staff were super friendly.

Cons:

There are 2 pools connected to the property but we were only allowed to use one of them (smaller one). There were times when the smaller pool area was quite busy, whilst the larger pool was empty so it would’ve been preferable to have access to both pools.

The staff truly made my stay a hundred times more enjoyable
Pros:

This hotel is the best hotel in Paris. The staff are amazing. They were always helpful and the location of the hotel is amazing. Also, the breakfast was exceptional. I have never seen a staff that are very helpful and kind like this in any other hotel. Also, the room was spacious and the location of the hotel was perfectly located in the center of Naousa.

Pros:

Very clean, great location, modern and fresh. Short walk to beach and Naoussa central. Very friendly staff keen to ensure guest needs are met. Lovely pools and peaceful atmosphere

Cons:

Nowhere to hang towels, not even a hook and no towel rack which was bizarre and annoying. Very friendly but slightly over attentive staff - e.g. plates cleared at breakfast before finishing got a bit annoying if you wanted to go up for more. Would be nice for them to leave guests alone a bit more during breakfast and allow them to use the coffee machine.

Modern and super friendly
Pros:

The room and the hotel were very modern, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the best part of our stay was the staff—they were incredibly kind and friendly.

We arrived late, and they were very welcoming. They even offered us a ride to the city center. They quickly took care of everything we asked for and made a genuine effort to get to know us better.

Pros:

I miss it already! Truly above and beyond. The staff was like family, the facilities were spotless at all times, the pools were the perfect end of beach day activity. It’s a short walk to the busy town which is as nice to be slightly separate from. The breakfast had every option you could want (get the Greek omelet). They made the perfect beach club bookings and dinners every day. Even my teen daughter said this was the best vacation she ever had and she’s been everywhere.

Nothing! It was perfect.

Really comfortable and nice stay with an incredible staff!
Pros:

Very clean and well run property walking distance to town. The staff is so kind and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

We loved everything . The staff were amazing and so helpful . The whole hotel was immaculate . The location was great a short 10min walk to everything and a 5 min walk to the buses . Fabulous breakfast as well . We highly recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. Great location, and it gets the sun all day.
Pros:

This is a great hotel, modern and super clean. The staff are definitely what make this hotel such a pleasure to stay at; attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection to choose from. The rooms are lovely and catch the sun throughout the day, well into the evening. Great location, sitting right at the top of the hill.

Cons:

The only minor gripes were that breakfast could have run for perhaps half an hour longer, and the pillows were a little on the firm side.
