Pros:

The views were amazing ,the pool was really clean as well as the rooms . The owners are so friendly and welcoming !

La struttura in sé è molto carina e accogliente

La posizione perché è un po’ lontana dal mare
Ma per l’uso che ne abbiamo fatto , cioè andare al porto di pesada ca benissimo

it was in a convenient location from the port and had a balcony.

The owner was quite rude to us on arrival and made us feel unwelcome because we weren’t staying for a long time. He told us that if he had known we were arriving later he would have cancelled our booking, even though I had been in contact with them updating on our time of arrival.

Niente, assolutamente una struttura fatiscente, sporca, da vedere le foto allegate.

Cons:

L'appartamento era sporco, co oggetti rotti, arrugginiti, decadente. Il lavandino non si chiudeva, la finestra chiusa con un pezzo di carta, lo stendino rotto, nessun cestino, bagno completente sporco, water rotto. Internet non funzionante. Le foto non corrispondono assolutamente alla stanza reale. Una delusione e un disagio totale.

Ottima posizione centrale nell'isola, vista ottima dal balcone e prezzo ragionevole

Cons:

Pulizia nelle camere, wifi in camera praticamente non funzionante tutto il tempo, il bagno necessita di una ristrutturazione

Die Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war herrlich und wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die Kinder gab es einen schönen Bereich mit einer Rutsche, Schaukeln und sogar einem kleinen Brunnen – sie hatten viel Spaß! Das WLAN war schnell und stabil, und die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Gastgeber für die Gastfreundschaft!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν απλά φανταστικό! Όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά και καλοδιατηρημένα. Η πισίνα ήταν υπέροχη και την χρησιμοποιούσαμε κάθε μέρα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Υπήρχε ένας υπέροχος χώρος για τα παιδιά με τσουλήθρα, κούνιες, ακόμη και ένα μικρό σιντριβάνι - πέρασαν υπέροχα! Το Wi-Fi ήταν γρήγορο και σταθερό, και το κλιματιστικό λειτουργούσε άψογα.

Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τη διαμονή μας. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στον οικοδεσπότη για τη φιλοξενία του!

„Eine super Unterkunft an einem einfach wunderschönen Ort. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hat uns in allem unterstützt (z. B. bei der Autovermietung und mehr). Alles war sauber und ordentlich, der Ausblick einfach traumhaft. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.”

There's mold in the bathroom and refrigerator. There's hair on the sheets—they haven't been changed. There's hair and fur on the floor—nobody cleaned it. Everything is sticky with dirt. We canceled our stay due to the unacceptable conditions in the room. Despite this, the owner hasn't refunded our three-day reservation!
