Pros:

We loved our stay in one of the old warden cottages. The fit out was clever, keeping the old charm with modern amenities was really well done. The room was serviced every day, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the mini fridge goodies were complimentary. The staff were friendly and helpful, we loved being within an easy walk of everything Fremantle had to offer. Very happy we chose to stay at Garde and Warders.

Cons:

The bed was large and very close to the fire hearth and mantle piece which made it tricky to get in and out of, minor problem! A small couch or armchair would have been useful but again not a biggy.

Most enjoyable and comfortable stay. Will keep the hotel in mind for another stay.
Pros:

Plenty of variety of food to eat that catered for all tastes. Seating arrangements meant you were not close to other tables.
Decor of the dinning area made for quiet relaxing time at breakfast.

Schickes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch tolles Design. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Lage wunderbar, z. Bsp. gegenüber der tollen Markthalle. Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Würde dort wieder übernachten.

Cons:

Alles top!

location was great , Staff very friendly/helpful. Parking was good
Pros:

Breakfast was good , Plenty of choices from breads, fruit, gluten free. jams, honey, pastrys & coffee.

Cons:

On a personal note i like a room to have blackout curtains , better for sleeping rather than just a mesh type.

I had Dinner there & menu was Japanese & Korean, the choice was quite limated & very small portion. I had duck,i think it was breast) was chewie & nothing with it (ie) vegtables ,side dish was crackers with seeds in it & some spread ?.

Short and sweet and completely effortless
Pros:

This location is amazing, it feels luxe while leaning into its history. Complimentary mini bar I have not seen in Australia for a very long time, and welcome drink, and breakfast. Automatic Black out blinds staff were lovely. Amenities terrific they even had sauna and spa. Sparkling water stations on each level. Double headed showers … I could go on. Secure gated parking.

Cons:

That I couldn’t stay longer … hmm maybe no sanitary bags if I was to be picky.

Simply not worth the cost, trying too hard and it doesn't work.
Pros:

Clean, lots of character.

Cons:

The music from the restaurant next door went late into the night, on a Wednesday night.
Breakfast: only 1 cereal offered. Bacon and eggs included a garden salad with mustard. It's bacon and eggs, don't wreck it.
Went to pay for breakfast, no-one at the desk.
