Amazing staff amazing views !

Super clean very friendly staff super close to restaurants and not as packed

The staff is amazing Stav, Dhura everyone is terrific. They made my stay one for the books. It was definitely home away from home. Highly recommend Cilon to anyone. The views are amazing.

the master bedroom and other suites don’t have the pool directly connected to the room—you need to go up to the rooftop to access it. Since there are no keys for the pools, some guests ended up using pools from other rooms. That said, the pool, breakfast, and room itself were all very nice. We stayed in the master suite, which was very spacious, modern, and equipped with excellent shower products.

Friendly staff and manager. Very quiet place, clean, and peaceful.

We stayed our final night of our trip here and it was the perfect end to our trip! Our hot tub and view were amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and it was perfectly located so that we could easily walk to lunch, dinner and Skaros rock! We had an early flight and we were going to miss breakfast so they were kind enough to bring us some snacks in the evening for us to enjoy in the morning before our early flight! A great stay and would highly recommend for a beautiful view and an easy trip!

The staffed was very friendly and informative about the area and activities to do as well. The property is clean and well kept in the private hot tub. Definitely was a plus close to a lot of restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved this property! Stav went above and beyond to make our stay in Santorini a pleasant one. Booking rides and restaurants and giving us the best options to every activity. Their breakfast was soo soo delicious. Will come back!

The staff at Cilon Suites were absolutely outstanding!! Amelia was such a welcoming hostess, checked in on us daily, treated us like a long lost friend and was such a warm and beautiful human being. Stav, the concierge was very responsive to all our questions and requests, took great care of us and was so kind and sweet. Naris and all the others in the staff made our experience the best! The location was great, perfectly situated between downtown Fira and Oai and the daily breakfast delivered to our private terrace each morning was the icing! What a true gem this place is and the staff are truly the magic.

The view is amazing but the problem is that true of the entire island. This was almost $500 per night so my expectations were relative to that.

Hot tub was epic view but not that hot ( they said it was max 36*) and lot of bugs in it

Breakfast options were great but execution was poor. Coffee was cold, eggs cold and even if you both order orange juice you get only 1

I asked for fresh towels daily and the ones we got never felt warm or fresh, the quality of towel was very low and used up, the slippers were small.

The TV option was good because you can get access to Netflix or Amazon when ur down with the island.

Other guests can be loud dinner options are limited near this hotel

You get a coordinator who is helpful but will be defensive if you try and give feedback that is asked for so not as smooth as hoped for by anyone.

All in all I’d stay somewhere else for half the price and still see the same amazing views the island has to offer.

Great location and the staff was very helpful.. breakfast was amazing. The view was everything!!!

The staff was nice and friendly, they helped us with tips and advice even outside normal hours. The room is very comfortable and has a unique design which adds to the experience. Breakfast is plentiful and served privately, so you get to enjoy the view while having breakfast. The jacuzzi (honeymoon suite in our case) is reasonably private, contrary to most other hotels so you really get a unique experience here. The view is spectacular!

Mind you that the hotel view towards north West is a restricted by the massive cliff that the village is built on. So depending on the time of the year you may not have a direct line of sight to the sunset.

Honestly, we had an amazing experience with Cilon Suites. The staff were very helpful, informative and will go the extra mile to make you feel at home. We loved it there and will highly recommend. Also, their breakfast was great and plentiful.

What an unbelievable 2-night stay at the Master Suite. Absolutely stunning views and interiors aside, our host Stavroula and staff Donna were absolutely lovely, Stavroula being extremely responsive over WhatsApp on any questions and travel recommendations, even if super last minute, and Donna being lovely helping us with breakfast and room service orders… other staff helped us take unforgettable photos as well. 20 out of 10 experience

Ameli, Nari, Nora and team were just excellent - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a very comfortable stay.

The location has a fantastic view from its position on the Caldera, and is a very short walk to the bus stop, ATV rental shops and restaurants.
