It is a newer property. The room and bathroom were of good quality and clean. Dinner buffet quite good and tasty.
Lots of small details to address.
Noisy people in corridor at night. The hallways are cavernous and echoing like an old convent dormitory. Received a call early morning from reception asking what time we should check out. Never encountered this in my life despite spending 2-3 months per year on the road. Hotel located in new area undergoing anarchic development. Walk to center of the city is not pleasant.

It was a wonderful experience to stay with Arliya Red. Staff, food, and hotel were amazing. The price was reasonable with spacious rooms. 8th floor has a 360 view observation deck.

Fastanstic hotel with poor room service
Pros:

+ Very clean and comfortable new hotel. Best stay in Nuwaraeliya.

- Need to improve room service. I called reception many times. No one willing to do the room service properly. They didn't even bring water bottles after so many requests.
