Pros:

中山駅から近い。朝食は美味しい方だと思う。スタッフが日本語ができる人が多く、またホスピタリティも高い。落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルで、台湾だが日本にいる感覚になる。1階のパイナップルケーキは美味しくパッケージも高級感がありgood！

Cons:

朝食は思っていたよりも種類が少なく、座席案内時に最初にドリンクオーダーがない。今どき、ドレスコードがあり、気楽に朝食に行けない。ホテル前や周辺は左折や右折禁止の道路が多く、目的地に行くのにやや遠回りをされる場合がある（ここはやむをえないが）。宿泊者は高齢のご夫婦や家族連れが多く、若いカップルや新婚の方には少し雰囲気や空気感は合わないと思う。

Pros:

Location is convenient, but not very impressive lobby as a five star hotel, may be is in the core of the city, not spacious enough.

Cons:

The hardwood floor is not in good condition, lots of maintenance work to do, walking with provided slippers on the floor every steps seems sticky to the floor and noisy.
