日本語でスムーズに対応してくださりスタッフたちは毎回挨拶してくれました。
お部屋もアップグレードになりとっても広く素敵な部屋で快適な２日間を過ごせました。
立地も良く、観光し疲れて帰ってきてからのスチームサウナは最高に気持ちよかったです。
素敵な思い出が出来ました。

Cons:

しいて言えばリセッシュみたいな衣類の消臭消毒のスプレーがあると助かりました！1日目に火鍋を食べたら上着に臭いが染み付いてストアーに消臭スプレー探しに行きました。

It was perfect!
Pros:

Their baby accommodations were beyond expectation. I make my baby’s baby food from scratch and they stored the food we brought in their kitchen and even heated and brought it up to our room like room service. It was so fancy!

Old and dated rooms
Pros:

The hotel itself is nice, everyone was super nice, great buffet but the rooms are old and dated. Location is not great to see the major sights.

Een prachtig hotel met uitstekende services. Hotelkamer is zeer ruim en heeft prachtig uitzicht.

Cons:

Het westerste ontbijt is niet zo heel uitgebreid, laat staat het beleg, enkel goedkope jam. Dit kan echt wel veel beter.

這是間老牌日本洒店，基本上保留了日本的傳統，門口有人開門，送行李上樓。健身房設施很齊全、房間𥚃外都保養得很好。

浴室𥚃徐了紙巾，毛巾連化妝綿都沒有，紙巾質素不好，一抹就爛，紙碎一臉都是。
