Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Frühstück war super und die Lage 1a. Fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen und auch das Zimmer war schön.

Cons:

Das Schlafsofa war nicht bezogen und leider auch nicht sehr bequem. Der Zimmerservice war quasi nicht vorhanden. Kam täglich, hat aber nur Handtücher aufgefüllt. Es wurde leider auf unserer Kreditkarte die Kaution nicht nur geblockt sondern abgebucht und ein paar Tage wieder gutgeschrieben. Zusätzlich wurde uns noch rd. 75 Euro an Steuern und Gebühren abgebucht, die im Booking.com Preis schon enthalten waren. Diese wurden uns auf Nachfrage aber auch wieder gut geschrieben.

Pros:

Clean and reasonably quiet hotel. Nice accommodations with small kitchen. Front desk and breakfast area staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The rooftop bar was nice. The rooms were clean

Cons:

The way we were greeted was very uncomfortable. The person checking us in was a manager and not very friendly. It felt like we were a bother. The elevator was a joke! Nobody could figure it out!! Needs to be more of a variety for breakfast.

Modern, had everything you could want and was so close to broadway and centre. Rooftop bar was fab too. Breakfast was fab too

Derion Haynes took great care of us, gave excellent suggestions on where to go and always had a smile!!! Highly recommend the hotel and the staff all the way around were super nice!
