Great place to stay
Pros:

The valets were wonderful and polite especially Alex. The front desk staff both shifts were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and had great variety.

Relaxing and great for our family
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay here - well appointed room that was clean and had lots of great kitchen amenities. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Used the valet parking service and Alexander was prompt and respectful.

My new go-to hotel in Nashville
Pros:

Alex with the PMC valet really went above and beyond for me! The other valet staff and front desk staff were also super pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the whole experience was convenient and comfortable. This is now my go-to hotel when I'm in Nashville for work.

A comfy hotel close to the Musicians Hall of Fame. The valet parking was troublesome.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, some fresh fruit and pastries. Good coffee.

Cons:

We had trouble with the valet parking. They couldn’t send a text link to my phone or my wife’s either. We tried repeatedly for an hour on check in.
The valet service is a contracted service that they couldn’t resolve. We were told that we could park across the street or on the street. Which was unacceptable. So we just went down and asked them to bring or car around. $53 for valet parking for one night.
The rooftop area was nice except for the view of the 2 huge red cranes hanging next to the hotel.
The area next to the hotel is a construction site for a new apartment building.

Fint hotell med bra läge
Pros:

Ett jättefint hotell , nära downtown och livligheten där. Fantastisk rooftop bar/restaurang. Trevlig personal och bra frukost.
Perfekt rum med mycket plats för kläder och ett pentry om man vill laga mat eller behöver använda kyl/frys.

Cons:

Om det hade funnits pool hade det varit helt perfekt
