Ideale Lage für ÖV-Reisende
Pros:

die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Wankdorf ist für ÖV-Reisende ideal. auch die Tramhaltestelle und die Sportanlagen/Expo sind in Gehdistanz zu erreichen, oder eben optional mit dem Tram. das Hotel entspricht den Fotos und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Cons:

das Reinigungspersonal war eher laut auf dem Flur und schien den Überblick nicht zu haben, welche Zimmer gereinigt werden sollen und wo sich noch Gäste aufhalten. Unserer Meinung nach sollte das Personal informiert sein, wer den Checkout gemacht hat und wer nicht.
