La chambre est spacieuse et exactement comme sur les photos. Le déjeuner est très bien et les jacuzzis sur le toit sont parfait.
Le personnel n’est pas super sympathique et le wifi ne marche pas bien, rien de grave mais à preciser.

Nous n'avions pas mis notre argent dans le coffre fort de la chambre,nous sommes partis deux jours en excursion et à notre retour,ont nous avaient VOLÉ MILLE FRANC SUISSE, le personnel n a rien voulu savoir et à fait aucun effort pour esseyer de nous comprendre (tout juste si c etait pas nous les menteurs)barman et serveur de l hôtel malhonnêtte au possible,service d étage plus que null(pas de linges de douche, chasse d eau fonctionnait une fois sur deux,pas de papier de wc,et hotel situé sur un grand boulevard, de la circulation jusqu'a 23h00 tous les soirs et deux bars en face de l hôtel avec musique a fond jusqu'a 2h00 du matin tous les soirs..bref je vais en Colombie chaque 3ans je n'avais jamais vu un hôtel aussi null que ça..

La comodidad de los cuartos, muy comodos. El rooftop es la vida del hotel, buena vista y buena experiencia.
Los desayunos son semejantes, se desayuna practicamente lo mismo todos los días. El menú en el rooftop no es tan llamativo, deberían dar mejores opciones.
Se escucha mucho ruido de carros y música en las horas de la noche
