Affordable and amazing views
Pros:

Easy to check in and out. Spacious apartment with a great harbour view. Comfortable.

Loved our stay there
Pros:

It’s our third year there and we will come back again. The location is very convenient as the ferry is only a few minutes away, walking distance, and the hotel is very quiet. The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly. We had a room with a nice balcony which made it even better as the weather was great!

A better-than-expected pleasant peaceful stay. Highly recommended
Pros:

Immaculate, clean spacious and good kitchen kettle/toaster, quality tea/coffee etc. dishwasher/washing machine a bonus, shower pressure and bathroom size fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Sadly the bed was too small for us two very tall people so next time I will book an extra bed.

Recommend especially for travellers
Pros:

It was near to the estuary. You can get a ferry into Auckland.

Fantastic space, verandah, dishwasher drawer, washer/dryer

Cons:

Some of the furniture was tired.

With no manned reception alot of the time can seem a bit remote

Good apartment for independent couple who want to do some basic stuff (cooking, washing etc.). Apartment life.
Pros:

Good location on North Shore. Nice apartment which is an excellent base for Takapuna/ Devonport area for couple. Easy operation with check in and out. Cooking and dishwashing in apartment allows an independent stay, but do need car to get to Bayswater shops (2km). Pleasant location at end of Bayswater peninsula. Pretty good value compared to alternatives.

Cons:

All good. Mattress a little soft for us (getting a bit tired so a little ‘central shift’ for a couple) but that’s personal preferences.
