Pros:

Had a good view of the harbour bridge. Quiet area. Had two rooms, lots of room around the apartment. Daily housekeeping service. Family friendly.

Cons:

There was a pile of rubbish right outside our balcony which was an eyesore. Parking was not guaranteed. The parking lot was extremely tight and difficult to get out of. Only way to find out if there is parking available is to drive to the back of the building. If no carpark available you have to reverse all the way out. No space to turnaround.

Grest surroundings, friendly helpful staff, however not the view in the pictures
Pros:

1) advertised and showed a little balcony with a gorgeous view and was offering a special promotion rate.
2) so i took the bait
3) when i got there was very disappointed because I did not have that wonderful and overlooked the car park.
So, it seems that rooms that were not being taken were the promotion and the magnificent view was not a part of the promotion
4) nonetheless tge area was very lovely and I enjoyed my stay but bloody hell .. you can never trust corporate messaging. EVER.
Damn charlatans. Kind of mis selling although threy would argue they didn't guarantee room with view but pictures very much implied that

Would recommend this place wholeheartedly!
Pros:

Excellent location, quiet.

Cons:

Some rooms seems to be looking out over the car park, so make sure you don't get one of those.

Great spot with Harbour views
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and close to the Ferry Terminal to travel to Auckland City. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. If you wanted to you could prepare meals in the kitchen.

Great views from the sea view rooms over the city. The balconies were large and roomy. Plenty of parking space. Highly recommend for the location and the price.

Perfect location but too smoker friendly
Pros:

Located just a 300 m downhill/uphill walk from the ferry terminal Bayswater-Auckland.
Sufficient free parking offered by the hotel.
Nice views from most rooms towards Harbour Bridge or even Auckland.
Spacious apartment, fully equipped with cooking plates and even a dishwasher and laundry machine.

Cons:

Smoking permitted outside on the balcony so that other rooms guests are bothered. Instead of moving the smokers we were asked to change rooms if we feel bothered. Why not providing a smoker's area outside the hotel? There is plenty of space. NZ is such a healthy and environmentally oriented country and smoking is a kind of environmental issue for other people.
To us this would be the only issue not to choose this hotel again. Everything else we really liked.

Made our family gatherings perfect. Room to join up or be private as we wished.
Pros:

Big enough for a home away from home. Stayed with several other family members and able to cook and enjoy meals together. Good kitchen facilities, fridge freezer, and washing machine.

Cons:

If you want daily service, that wasn’t the best, but we prefer to do our own anyway

Always pleasant
Pros:

I always stay here when I am in Auckland! Very quiet and they enforce this policy! They were full so stayed at another motel and the parties and noise wasn’t not great. Party went to 4am.

Cons:

Nothing really. Always stay here if I can.
