Top Notch
Pros:

Beautiful views of Sydney Harbour, walking distance to the ferry and close to all amenities.
Very much enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. Sure it may be in need of a Renovation however very spacious, comfortable bed, clean and at the rates they charge they could increase the price.

The check-in was fast and easy and the room and views are incredible it may not be perfect but it's great to stay at

Great location, central to everything but hotel is very dated.

Location was central to lots and quiet.

Cons:

Location was great but hotel needs a clean up. Light switches were faulty, sofa bed broke, bed was uncomfortable, single bed had a stained protector and mattress like a urine stain, level 3 smelt like sewage. Rubbish pile outside window. No bar anymore. Dust everywhere. No vacuum and utensils were minimal.

Convenient to the Auckland ferry but the hotel needs an upgrade
Pros:

The staff are very helpful. The location near the Bayswater ferry is a real plus, as it is only a short walk to the ferry. Handy for having dinner in Auckland. Check the ferry times to suit your schedule, as the evening ferries go only every hour after a certain time. A separate living space was nice, as was the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Cons:

This hotel must have been bustling in its heyday; however, it now looks a bit tired. Most of the function rooms looked permanently closed, adding to the down-on-its-luck feeling. The sofa and the bed were uncomfortable. There did not seem to be any permanent staff at the front desk, but the staff were contactable by phone and were helpful. The carpets need a good clean, and the rooms need an upgrade.

No disturbance at all. Everything had been provided & MORE. Views were stunning and staff were amazing!!
Pros:

I am so happy with getting the room right at the end!! The views were impressive along with the massage chair. Will definitely be back again.

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever!
