Cons:

The value for money was good, but the hygiene was very poor. There were many small ants swarming around the sink, and ants were even crawling on the bed, getting onto my body and disturbing my sleep. Proper pest control and disinfection are urgently needed.

Exceptional Auckland harbour view
Pros:

Great location, easy access to Devonport and town. We got an upgrade to our room which we could see the beautiful Auckland harbour view from the best angle. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

There were lights in the room not working and the door in the single room access to the balcony needed repairing.
