Excellent finalement très agréable et l’emplacement était parfait!!

Le côté spacieux, Indépendant, et l’emplacement

Cons:

Dommage, ce manque de rencontres d’accueil seulement par téléphone , qui est au bout d’un moment heureusement a été concluant, grâce a l’intervention très efficace d’une jeune femme qui a pu nous aider à traduire notre demande de code pour rentrer dans l’appartement. Mais j’ai compris que c’était très courant à Miami.
Puis enfin seul petit détail, mais que l’on a résolu le sommier du lit était très fragile et nous avons pu le consolider donc finalement tout s’est bien passé!

Pros:

Servicepersonal schnell und unkompliziert via WhatsApp zu erreichen.
Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach auf Anfrage frische Handtücher erhalten und die Mülleimer wurden auch regelmäßig geleert.
Die Putzkräfte vor Ort waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich.
Wir haben festgestellt, dass viele vergangene Kritikpunkte anderer Gäste bei unserem Besuch über den Jahreswechsel in Ordnung gebracht wurden (bspw. neues Türschloss mit Code am Haupteingang).

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Miami Beach.

Cons:

Die Geräuschdämmung zum Nachbarzimmer war nicht gut (Spalt unten an der Zwischentür).

Wir hätten uns noch zusätzliche Ausstattung wie z.B. Bügeleisen- und Brett gewünscht.

Der Herd schien nicht richtig zu funktionieren.

Not good but better than we thought
Pros:

A really nice and quiet neighborhood, and close to everything includingOceanDriveandthebeach. The cleaning staff were nice and gave us what we asked for. Clean towels, toilet paper etc.
There was a big blanket in one of the drawings, I guess that some guests haven't seen after reading other reviews.
The kitchen was also nice, end the fridge was great. Nice and clean.
The lobby was also clean and pretty nice while we were there around Christmas.
The room was clean when we arrived, and the front door was fixed recently, and we were provided with a whole new code for the door.

Cons:

We had to ask ourselves if they could clean the room after 4-5 days. We were there for 9. It was only cleaned that one time.
The bed was broken in the middle and we tried to fix it ourselves. There was a big ugly stain in the sealing in the bathroom, and a little mold on the curtains in the bathroom.
But I must say, that it wasn't as bad as we thought after reading all the reviews but it could be so much better if the place was renovated. Also outside.

We konden pas 1 uur later inchecken. Stonden buiten 1 uur te wachten op de code om naar binnen te mogen.In het appartement aangekomen was het niet schoon. Kaal ingericht. De foto s komen niet overeen. Schimmel in de badkamer. Heel gehorig. Je kon het tiktok filmpje van de kamer ernaast nog horen/ volgen. Geen lift in gebouw. We zijn gelijk weer weg gegaan. Er zaten buiten nog 3 stellen te wachten om naar binnen te kunnen. Die moesten nog langer wachten dan wij. Heel onprofessioneel allemaal. Wij vonden het te vies om hier te overnachten

Íbamos por el 3er dia y no cambiaron las toallas. Lo solicitamos y tampoco. Recién el 4to día nos las entregaron , según nuestra solicitud a las mucamas. En 5 dias nunca cambiaron las sábanas, que estaban manchadas.Mucho olor a humedad y humedad en nuestras pertenencias
