Ramada by Wyndham Lahore Gulberg II

I travelled with my elderly mother and we had an excellent stay. I can't speak highly enough about the staff - The staff went over and above for us. From breakfast (where the staff helped to get her breakfast in the morning) to the cleaning staff that always made our room clean when needed and had a smile on their face. the rooms are big, beds comfortable, location is perfect as lots of shops and restaurants at your door step or a short taxi ride away.

Alisha, Sonia, Nadeem all staff in cleaning room, bellman, waiters and shops members were accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Definitely coming back.

The rooms were not entirely clean and the pool smelled of eggs. On top of this, the breakfast was not fresh

My stay was pleasant, I didn't expect the bathroom of an executive king room to be so small, but overall my experience was good.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ramada by wyndham.I loved everything about this hotel.

we were a party of 15 and can't say enough about yhe premises but above that a of the staff. each and everyone went out of there way to help or just chotchat while we chilled. special shoutout to Ali and Irfan at the cafe..you 2 were amazing as well as Bilawal and the ladies at the concierge. cant forgot all kf the amazing Tajine staff.#1. will definitely be back.thank you

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Bilawal, Ali and arfan in the cafe made us feel like family. The lovely young lady at front counter, sorry I forgot her name was calm and collected. The staff in Tajine restaurant were all so accommodating to our food needs. I will definitely come back and stay here.

Great stay , the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle provided and were received and dropped off on time. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we were able to easily rearrange our arrival time. Front desk staff were very helpful and check in was very smooth. Room was clean and fresh and bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, and room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided.
Food was tasty, with buffet breakfast each morning, with plenty of choice for everyone, also room service was quick and delicious.
This hotel is in a busy area, but never heard anything in my room.
Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Will definitely be back on my next visit to Lahore.

Very nice and in the center of the city

Overall great hotel. Fabulous breakfast. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Had room service twice and it was great. Deliverer also friendly. But I don’t think I saw a smile on else’s face the two days we were there.

One of the worst hotel so stingy and just wanted to make money. No facilities in room and when you call them they don't answer for 20 minutes then they argue for just one bottle of water.
My flight was early so I had to leave at 6am I requested for two briskets and I was told to pay RS 3000
I said I am not having breakfast so just give me couple of buiskets they refused

Good facility, breakfast options were good, parking is issue.

The staff at this property are absolutely amazing. They made the stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Rozina for all of the hospitality. The hotel itself is also a great place to stay. Its clean and has lots of amenities. The buffet breakfast was also tasty with lots of different options.
