Location, great gym, rooftop, happy hour, and rooms are comfortable.
I’ve stayed at this hotel before and genuinely enjoy many things about it — the location, atmosphere, and overall experience have always been great. However, my most recent check-in left me disappointed.
The woman at the front desk, Louise, had a noticeably negative and dismissive attitude during check-in. I understand that everyone has difficult days, and I’m sorry if I happened to catch her at a bad moment. That said, guests are often arriving after long travel days and may also be going through personal challenges.
I was traveling for work, had just lost a beloved aunt, and had to miss meeting my brand new niece/nephew because of my schedule. I didn’t need additional sass or attitude when simply trying to check in.
Front desk interactions set the tone for the entire stay. A little kindness and warmth can go a long way, especially when guests are already carrying a lot.
I still like this hotel in many ways, but experiences like this do make me reconsider where I stay in the future. I hope the team takes this as a reminder that energy matters and treating guests with kindness should always be the baseline.
The beautiful view and comfort
Parking fees are too expensive. Pillows too soft
Location is perfect and the staff was nice.
The bed is way too firm for my liking.
We stayed 4 nights during a vacation to Nashville. We stayed through a snow and ice storm where most of the city was shut down and the staff had to go out of their way to make guests comfortable under a very trying situation. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very nice and modern. Rooms are good size and have comfortable beds and linens. Bathrooms are large and nicely appointed. Room was very clean and had good lighting. Gym was nice and rooftop lounge (where the pool is) was nice and popular with guests. It is possible to use public transport for hotel. Bus is 2 blocks away and connects to downtown and airport. Very convenient location for State Capitol. Downtown and Broadway entertainment area is a bit of a walk, but not too bad. Several nice restaurants are within 1 block away. Breakfast was just OK but had most items you would want. Recommend
Hotel only cleans rooms every other day, but that is explained at check in.
It was very nice and clean
The parking at hotel.i was not informed that we had to pay to park at the hotel we were staying at it was a extra 60.00 a day to stay here plus the tax in Nashville is crazy .was very disappointed in Hampton inn and booking .com .it cost 160.00 extra.
Un trato excelente del personal…hotel muy limpio con ubicación muy buena
