Decent hotel for business.

Cons:

Pillows should have been replaced years ago. Feather pillows provide no support.

Not sure if bed was supposed to be a pillow top, but otherwise too soft.

Bigger bath towels a great upgrade.

Good location hotel, but overall was disappointing compared to price
Pros:

We have stayed here at least 4 times. We come back because of the good location, ideal for visiting universities and the winter park area. Also, the Hilton quality standard is very reliable. The Hilton beds and linens are the best in the industry in each of the brands. The Reception store and deli was better stock than we remembered and now included merch from the colleges nearby. Coffee is also complimentary in the morning and we think this was also a good new addition.

Cons:

This time we were surprised about the rates going up very much. We had stayed back in March for significantly lower rates. But we did not have much choice. We were also surprised to learn at check in that we had to pay for parking, and that housekeeping was not done daily. Every other day housekeeping is actually Ok with us, many hotels now do this, as long as the room is pristine at check in. The hotel should make the housekeeping policy more clear in the hotel description and at check in. Also, we were disappointed that the floor felt sticky as we came into the room, but it was very late and we were tired. We reported it next day and it was taken care of the day of the cleaning, but realized you need to request “a deep one” for an actual cleaning to take place in your room.
