La struttura in sé è stupenda . Peccato solo ci sia poca ombra durante il giorno anche dove ci sono i tavoli del pranzo vicino al bar.

La poca gentilezza e elasticità del personale (che parla anche poco inglese).
Avevamo prenotato taxi per aeroporto tramite hotel , volo alle 23:30 ci hanno costretto a partire dall’hotel alle 18:30 dicendoci che ci sarebbe stato traffico quando noi avevamo chiesto di partire dopo. Colazione la mattina la cameriera non voleva farci sedere in un tavolo perché era per 4 e ci ha detto o dentro o al sole … alla richiesta di poter fare late checkout hanno detto che non avevano camere , quando in realtà su Booking c’erano
Tra l’altro checkout alle 11:00 e alle 11:01 hanno chiamato in camera per vedere se fossimo usciti , pessimo . Insomma staff 0 , location bella .

Spiaggia bella ma non si riesce ad entrare in acqua per colpa delle pietre che bloccano l’accesso . Peccato !

L’hôtel est magnifique, tout comme ses piscines et la plage est également superbe. Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour exceptionnel.
Notre chambre était spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. Le personnel est toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance calme et chic de l’établissement, idéale pour se détendre.
Les repas étaient excellents. Les déjeuners (en supplément mais avec des prix très correct ) étaient de très bonne qualité, tout comme les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner inclus dans notre formule demi-pension. Le buffet du soir est particulièrement appréciable, car il n’est jamais répétitif. Chaque soirée propose un thème différent (Grèce, Mexique, Crète, poissons, etc.), ce qui permet de varier les plaisirs.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % pour un séjour en couple, surtout si vous recherchez un endroit paisible, élégant et propice au repos.

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu éloigné des principaux sites incontournables de la Crète. Je recommande donc de louer une voiture afin de pouvoir visiter les alentours, notamment la ville d’Ierapetra, la plage de Voulisma ou encore d’autres lieux d’intérêt situés un peu plus loin.

Keine Schattenmöglichkeit auf Terrasse, Buffet geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich, Servicekräfte keine Hilfe bei Allergenen, Fitnessraum sehr schlecht ausgestattet, Spa-Mitarbeiter versuchen laufend Anwendungen zu verkaufen

The restaurant, bar, and shuttle staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and both the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Cons:

The quality of the towels in the restroom could be improved.

Although we requested a room with a better view and informed the hotel that our trip was to celebrate my birthday and my wife's pregnancy, our room neither overlooked the pool nor was it fully accessible.

The reception staff was very pleasant and courteous, but the service could have been more efficient in handling our requests.

Lovely rooms, swim up was excellent! Bathroom very nicely equipped. Lovely touch to have a bottle of bubbly and fruit platter waiting upon check in. Service was generally very good Sylvana and Albert in particular. Food was very good especially breakfast but would have liked more Greek options at dinner. We didn’t have the massage as was slightly put off by the negative hard sell comments.

Cons:

If you didn’t have a swim up and only a plunge pool there weren’t enough loungers by the bar pool and it was very small. Minimum spend at the beach was unnecessary at that level of hotel as the beach certainly wasn’t the greatest in comparison to other local ones.

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel ! Nôtre séjour a été très agréable, la propreté et l’accueil ont été parfait. L’ensemble du personnel a été vraiment gentil, accueillant et souriant tout au long de notre séjour, cela a rendu le séjour vraiment agréable agréable. Le petit déjeuner, le dîner, la vue ont été un vrai point fort.

Cons:

L’établissement est situé à côté d’une petite ville, mais assez loin de tous les autres points d’intérêt de la Crète. Une voiture sera nécessaire pour visiter le pays.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichem Personal. Direkter Strandzugang und schöne Pools. Perfekt wenn man einfach entspannen und abschalten möchte.

Cons:

Man sollte bedenken, dass man in der Gegend nicht sehr viel unternehmen kann und sich gegebenenfalls einen Mietwagen mieten sollte, wenn man mehr von der Insel sehen möchte. Allerdings sind hier die Fahrwege dann auch ab 2 Stunden aufwärts.

Un séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, malgré un début un peu décevant

L’hôtel était très agréable et bien situé. Après avoir échangé avec le personnel le lendemain, on m’a gentiment changé de chambre et j’ai beaucoup apprécié la nouvelle chambre avec sa belle vue sur la mer. Le reste du séjour s’est ensuite très bien passé et a été très reposant.

Cons:

Mon arrivée à l’hôtel a été un peu décevante. La première chambre qui m’avait été attribuée était au rez-de-chaussée, avec peu d’intimité et sans vue mer, ce qui m’a mise mal à l’aise en tant que femme voyageant seule. J’ai également été déçue par la manière dont ma demande a été gérée le premier soir par la réception.

Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed beachfront base near Ierapetra.
Pros:

Enorme Santanna Beach overcome my expectations. Delicious breakfast and dinner, well-presented, and replenished constantly, whether you want something light or a full plate to start the day.
The location is hard to beat. The beach sits directly below the hotel, so you're a short walk from the water rather than driving anywhere. The pool area is excellent, and the view over the sea from it is genuinely beautiful, easily where we spent most of our downtime.
What tied it all together was the staff. Consistently helpful, warm, and quick to sort out anything we asked, without ever feeling intrusive. That kind of service is what turns a nice hotel into one you'd return to.
Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed beachfront base near Ierapetra.

Cons:

Only one downside, no option for free water at the dinner even though dinner is included in the room price.
