“Bello ma non ci vivrei”
Pros:

La struttura, sita a pochi minuti dal centro di Ierapetra, ha uno stile moderno e minimalista ed è generalmente ben tenuta. Il suo punto di forza è indubbiamente la posizione, che regala una vista aperta sulla costa sud dell’isola e permette di godersi ogni sera tramonti incantevoli.

L’hotel consiglia inoltre diverse esperienze ed escursioni - meravigliosa quella a Chrissi Island! - che tuttavia gli ospiti devono prenotare autonomamente, senza alcuna agevolazione da parte della reception.

Cons:

Meno lodevole è l’accoglienza, generalmente “freddina” e poco entusiasta; il cibo è in linea con quanto ci si aspetta da un grande resort, buono ma non fa certo fare le capriole per la gioia.

Relax et vue imprenable sur la mer
Pros:

La vue, le calme, la plage, le spa, le restaurant, tout en fait!
La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, de l’accueil à la plage, tous sont aux petits soins.

Cons:

Il y a quelques marches car construit sur une colline, la voiturette est toujours disponible si vous ne souhaitez pas monter à pied.

Pros:

Sieht auf den Bildern etwas besser aus, als es ist. Fast allen Zimmern gehen Laufwege entlang. Besonders mit eigenem Pool ist es schwer zu entspannen, wenn ständig Personen direkt am pool vorbeigehen und reinschauen. Der Raum fürs Abendessen und Frühstück ist von drinnen ungemütlich und sehr hell. Wenn man einen Platz draußen hat, ist es super. Man sitzt allerdings direkt an der Straße, was wir nicht schlimm fanden.

היה לנו נעים ומיוחד.
Pros:

המלון מציג חזות ברמה גבוהה. הגינות, החללים הציבורים, החדרים עצמם. הכל מצוחצח, נקי, יפה. המלון מפנק בערכת ברוכים הבאים של מגש פירות ובקבוק יין מפנק.
במקלחות יש כלי רחצה מגוונים ואיכותיים. הבריכה הציבורית היא חוויה מיוחדת (אחת הסיבות שהגענו למלון הזה) והיא הוכיחה את עצמה שווה.

Cons:

האוכל ברמה נמוכה. היה לא נעים ולא טעים לאכול. בעיקר בערב.
המלון הוא יחידות מגורים שיושבות בהר חצוב. ככל שיש יותר חדרים - הם עולים במעלה הר. ואם החדר שלך גבוה - אתה במסע טיפוס. פחות מה שרציתי לעשות בחופש. יש טוקטוק אבל הזמינות לא מיידית תמיד וזה ממש מבאס את החופש.
חסרים מדפים בארון... הכל נשאר במזוודות...

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très bien équipé, calme et particulièrement apaisant. C’est un endroit agréable, idéal pour se détendre et profiter d’un moment de tranquillité. Une très belle expérience !

Cons:

Le seul point que j’ai moins apprécié concerne les boissons. Le matin, les jus étaient assez dilués avec de l’eau, ce qui était un peu dommage. Le soir, j’ai également trouvé regrettable que les boissons soient payantes. Ce sont de petits détails, mais les améliorer rendrait l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Pulizia delle stanze e quantità del buffet.
Vista mare.

Cons:

La gestione umana è relazionale: check-in più da ricovero in una clinica, teoricamente di lusso, ma sempre una clinica o una prigione: lungo, lento, e molesto.
Atmosfera anonima. Ti dimentichi di essere a Creta. Personale alberghiero più impegnato a “controllare” che non ad aiutare nella creazione di un soggiorno piacevole.
Il personale nella sezionale ristorazione stremato, verosimilmente perché in numero inferiore a quello necessario.
