Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel et aimable . Les chambres sont incroyable et la chambre supérieure dans la suite a un effet Kiss cool avec la fenêtre verticale pour voire les étoiles ! Cheminée dans les suites .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est un peu juste pour un 5 étoiles . Une petite carte pour le donner du soir .

The stay at the lodge was the cornerstone of an amazing weekend in the Wilder Kaiser area.
Pros:

The multi-bedroom chalets are phenomenal. This is on top of the incredible amenities available at the property. But most of all, our host Michelle transformed a great experience into a once in a lifetime getaway weekend with friends. After departing the property, our conversations revolved almost entirely around the commitment of our personal host who took care of us from the moment we arrived.

Pros:

Everything was amazing from the staff to the location and the incredible room and amenities. We spent 3 weeks travelling through Switzerland and Austria staying in 19 different places and this was by far the best in every way. If I was to stay anything even semi negative it would be that dinner was nice but nothing special. Breakfast was great though. We will be back!

Pros:

The service was amazing all the staff was welcoming especially Philip thank you on making our stay on the hotel exceptional. The 3rd floor staff are amazing on cleaning our penthouse and provide us with everything we need or we might need. The food is amazing in the hotel. breakfast was excellent variety and the dinner is delicious and the best in Kitzbühel.
