Pros:

Location is pretty good, easy to drive into the shops - easy walk to the leaders pavilion or the cruise terminal
Valet parking worked out great
The room was comfortable and quiet - the bedding was decent, but could be a little more comfortable
The room was clean
Breakfast was decent - it was crowded so hard to get some things - the belgian waffles are very good

Would recommend for families, safe clean environment albeit a little way from downtown. Comfortable.
Cons:

Breakfast repetitive format and serving. As a Diabetic wasn't exactly what I needed. Plastic cutlery, paper plates cheapened the experience.

7 out of 10 that should have been 10 if we’d had value for money food to start our day

Great location. Helpful staff . Good facilities

Cons:

The breakfast was ( I’m sorry but ) absolutely atrocious.
Plastic cutlery . Horrendous porridge ( honestly - please believe me, WE KNOW how to make porridge! )
The fruit , old and withered. Horrible cheap yoghurt.
Need I go on?
I absolutely plead for a refund for this token gesture of a feed….
Only then will I feel rectified

Great location, great layout, easy to get around to other parts of Boston.
Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous, lots to choose from but the coffee was situated in an odd part of the restaurant. Further the table it sat on was too small. I liked the chat and text function with hotel staff too!

Cons:

The use of the digital key was a new experience, and it froze up when I was trying to enter the room but then was able to work.
