Pros:

Primeira vez em Boston e no inverno intenso de fevereiro.
Hotel de grande rotatividade porem organizado. Elevadores ágeis e equipe funcional, alguns recepcionistas meio mal humorados, mas não devemos ligar para isso!
Foram dois quartos, a vista foi linda. Limpo, diariamente tivemos arrumadeira, a qualidade da hotelaria foi ótima nos quartos. Calefação atendeu aos quartos e era silenciosa!
O lounge com tv e micro-ondas facilitava os lanches. Há cum espaço de café disponível 24h, muito cômodo.

Cons:

O café da manha não era muito o meu gosto, porem as crianças se esbaldaram! A equipe muito solicita e simpática. O que era desagradável eram os pratos e talheres descartáveis, mas compreendo o porque.

Ruined by one manager, Natalie.
Cons:

I did not like the racism that my friend had face from one of the managers on duty, Natalie. My friend had been the one to pay for the room but the room had been under my name. When she forgot her key card and needed access they refused to even let me give the okay for her to go up despite allowing me to do the same beforehand.

They had also placed a $800 charge on my friends card despite the fact that nothing had been damaged and we checked out before the given time.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room was a little small based on the amount paid, and compared to a few hotels in the area with bigger rooms, and a little cheaper.However, it was clean and cozy.

Todo muy bonito y limpio el personal debería ser más sonriente con los huéspedes no tan serios que parecen que están incómodo con su trabajo la comida debería ser más variedad en el menú ,la piscina muy buena pero un poco pequeña el parking muy buen servicio rápido y buen tratos.

El personal debería ser más simpático y no tan serio como que no le gustan tratar con las personas … el desayuno más baredad ,,,,una cosa que no me agradó fue que reservar 2 cuartos para mi familia y ma lo diario en diferentes pisos y se trataba de mis hijos adolescentes,,

Fun Boston stay near seaport.
Pros:

Decent distance to Seaport. Quick Uber ride. Nice, clean hotel, lobby, rooms. Food quality and variety was also good

An interesting and unique part of Boston that's not touristy out of season.
Pros:

great staff, excellent complementary breakfast, a lot of public space, more than adequate gym, very nice room, excellent shower, very good noise insulation. Steps from the design center, a truly incredible place.

Cons:

there's effectively no on street or inexpensive parking anywhere nearby,. Valet is excellent but you don't have access to your car to get things you left in it.
