Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and accommodating for late night snack and drink options.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. Scrambled eggs were a bit weird and had no flavor and was disappointed with there being no bacon or traditional breakfast sausage. Coffee was also a bit disappointing…would have loved to see real cream vs the small packets.

The rooms were clean and comfortable

Cons:

Could here planes taking off overhead from about 6 in the morning. Breakfast time was a shambles. Plastic plates , cups and cutlery are not what i’d expect these days. Food was good with not much option with eggs that have never seen a chicken. People stood about eating breakfast in lobby as not enough seats.

Modern and clean hotel with spacious rooms.
Pros:

I liked the hotel a lot. It was modern, clean and felt new. The bathroom and room were spacious, clean and comfortable. The gym was nice as well and so were the common areas around the lobby. There is a great place to eat seafood nearby which is called Yankee Lobster which I super recommend.

Cons:

The pool was cold which was a pity as the area is nice. The breakfast hours during the week were 6-9 am which i feel is too early and should have been available up until at least 10 am. The hotel is further from downtown than i expected...it is a long walk. The car entrance is a little hectic as there is there is only one way in and out.

Great location to anything you want to do in Boston Seaport.
Pros:

Basic room, nothing special but it was very clean. Staff was very friendlly and helpful. Had some good water views depeding where you are in the building. Great walking distances to several bar and restaurants in the Seaport area!

Cons:

The room was a little pricey for a pretty basic room at a Hampton Inn.

Would definitely go back and stay again
Pros:

Great property. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We needed a suite for part of the family and 2 regular rooms for the rest of the family. Could all be on the same floor. Kids used the pool 3 times. Walking distance to a lot of Seaport. Used valet parking. Lots of Food at breakfast. Something for everyone.

Cons:

Only downside was food at breakfast, eggs, potatoes, etc were cold. Both days. We found a microwave which helped.

A wonderful trip to Boston
Pros:

The facility is phenomenal. Everything is so clean and well cared for. It is quite wonderful to have a breakfast included in thr price. The room that we had was beautifully furnished. There was nothing we didn't like.

Cons:

The only suggestion is a makeup mirror in bathroom because it was difficult to put on makeup since the mirror is a little far away.
