The views nice and very homely
Close to the destination I needed to go to.
Confusing room switches, broken locks, and no sleep
I called a day ahead and was promised Room 125 would be ready by 10:00 AM. However, when I arrived, the clerk randomly switched me to Room 131 instead. When I went to the room, I immediately found that the door lock was completely broken. Even worse, the clerk admitted another guest had already reported the broken lock, yet they still assigned it to me. Their lack of repair indicates they do not care about the safety of their guests.
I was finally moved back to my original Room 125, but only after an hour-long wait—leaving me confused as to why it wasn't ready at 10:00 AM as promised. To make matters worse, Room 125 was right by a back exit door that slammed loudly all night, leaving me with barely 20% of a night's sleep. Between the safety risks, broken promises, and noise, I cannot recommend this stay for solo travelers.
Nothing, I got there to check in, the front desk told me the hotel overbooked and denied me my reservation. I was also charged anyway while having to get a hotel at a different location with the same company for 300$ more.
Everything was an inconvenience. At 2am when I was trying to check in my wife had a mental break down, both of us hadn't slept in 24hrs and had to be forced to find our own accommodations elsewhere.
There was no room key, front desk had to escort you to the room ever trip. The room could have been cleaner, mold in the shower and refrigerator, past occupant's clothing left in room.

I can’t say because the room was not available when we arrived. However the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in finding another place.

Friendly staff
My room was not cleaned on the second day even though we removed the do not disturb sign . I had a toddler so we had to throw the dirty diapers in the hall way trash can unfortunately.
The room was not clean. The linens were not changed on the bed. It was hair and looks like small red splatter of God Only Knows on the pillows and the walls in the bathroom. Food crumbs on the floor. Refrigerator had some sort of black liquid in the back of the inside. It was not a good experience.

Out of towels and the shower had no pressure
I liked the amenities and the staff were very helpful. The location was great for my needs as well and the hot breakfast was extremely enjoyable. :)
