Hotel pulito e molto confortevole. La piscina esterna stupenda e tutta l'area relax e piscina interna fantastica. Ottima posizione e staff super cordiale e disponibile.

Poollandschaft sehr schön und angenehme Massagedüsen - meistens sind die viel zu stark, hier sehr angenehm!

Service sehr schlecht, eigentlich vom Anfang bis zum Ende, weder Tische beim Frühstück wurden abgeräumt, da wurde bis zum Ende alles stehen lassen(siehe Foto) bis hin dass wir beim 3 Gängemenü hatten, als einer der ersten da waren, manch andere 15 Minuten später kamen, aber den 3ten Gang schon beendet hattet bevor wir überhaupt den 2ten hatten.....das kanns nicht sein, allgemein nicht und schon garnicht bei angeblichen 5 Sterne......Preis Leistung stimmt in diesem Hotel überhaupt nicht! Mir würde noch genug einfallen was nicht passte... einmal und nie wieder....

Максимально жадібний отель , без якісного спа і з величезним чеком на виході! Просто позор Італії!

Розташування цікаве, парковка теж зручна, атмосфера цікава, бар ті кофе машина в номері ( але тільки дві капсули) - на цьому і все

Cons:

Категорично не сподобались басейни та спа. Водного масажу фактично немає - просто ледве теплий басейн. Там просто нема що робити і ніякого релаксу! Spa - повний мінус! Далі їжа, ми попали в середу - в бистро біля басейну тільки 5 варіантів жахливої піци - дорого і абсолютно несмачно! Ми пішли голодні в ресторан - там малесенькі порції і величезні рахунки - жах. На сніданок невеликий шведський стіл і за додаткову плату !!!! Вибір блюд - сніданок був включений. Яєчня на сніданок - 20 евро.
Далі . Коли надали рахунок то нам включили по 4 евро на людину - коперта в бистро ( там навіть не було її) та по 8 евро на людину за коперта в ресторані - для мешканців цього отеля.
Жахливі відчуття від жадібності цього отеля. Просто обдиралово на кожному сервісі і сервіса , власне, не має! Ніколи більше туди !!!
