Infrastructure top - staff at reception mediocre
Pros:

superb location with great infrastructure, I was given room 223 which was connected by a door to another room. Thankfully my neighbour was a quiet guy but when he made phone calls or watch TV every word was audible.

Cons:

some of the staff were very friendly and helpful others like at the reception not really, 4 people chattering in the back office seeing multiple guests at reception from their seats.. not reacting, a woman at the front desk has to interrupt them and ask them to come and serve guests, too indifferent and relaxed approach from staff side even when in Italy, not at all 5 star standard..

Il relax è di casa…
Pros:

Hotel molto carino, camera moderna piccola ma con tutti i servizi. Piscine termali molto gradevoli, ho apprezzato la costanza dei bagnini nel mantenere il tono di voce basso agli ospiti e la continua analisi dell’acqua delle piscine. La parte spa carina con sauna, bagno turco e finlandese. Docce varie e percorso emozionale rigenerante. Il tutto curato e pulito.

Cons:

Solo una piccola critica al ristorante, personale molto attento e cortese ma i piatti non erano all’altezza delle 5 stelle dell’hotel, non come quantità ma come gusto.

Le ragazze all’accoglienza impeccabili, la ragazza che mi ha accompagnato in stanza estremamente gentile e precisa, personale cordiale. La stanza pulita perfettamente e accogliente. Piscine rilassanti e maestose. Spa datata e da sistemare.

La struttura è molto bella, le piscine e la spa hanno tutto. L'ambiente è molto tranquillo e ci si può rilassare in maniera perfetta.

Il bistrot è informale ma accogliente ma se ti fermi qualche giorno non è molto vario. C'è lo stesso menù, mezzogiorno e sera. Però devo dire che i piatti sono molto buoni
Il ristorante Ginko, molto formale bocciato su tutti i fronti.
Bocciata la cucina, non si possono vedere certi piatti da grande distribuzione serviti a prezzi da gourmet. Bocciato il servizio, visto portare piatti due volte oppure incompleti.
Bocciato il personale, a mio modo di vedere, molto maleducato. Chiesto una bottiglia di vino presente sulla carta, mi sono sentito chiedere quale fosse il mio budget.
