Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowie eine hohe Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel und im Zimmer. Die Therme ist schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings mit etwas geringer Auswahl. Unangenehm war, dass pünktlich um 10:30 Uhr bereits abgeräumt wurde, obwohl noch Gäste am Essen waren, und das viele Personal um einen herum sorgte für eine eher unruhige Atmosphäre. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war geschmacklich okay, aber nichts Besonderes; die Portionen waren klein und dafür recht teuer.

Im Zimmer sehr warm, und die Fenster lassen sich leider nur komplett öffnen, nicht kippen. Zusätzlich haben uns die anderen Hotelgäste teilweise sehr unwohl fühlen lassen. Es handelte sich überwiegend um ein älteres, eher gehobenes Klientel, und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass wir aufgrund unseres jüngeren Alters und unserer eher normalen, ungezwungenen Kleidung beim Abendessen und Frühstück häufig beobachtet wurden, was den Aufenthalt etwas unangenehm gemacht hat.

Ottima struttura e spa. Bella camera con attenzione ai dettagli e ottima colazione di qualità.

Cons:

Molto bella la piscina esterna ma può risultare scomoda/ pericolosa per come è strutturata se una persona ha delle difficoltà.
Il bistrot della piscina migliorabile nella gestione dei servizi di ristorazione.

Cons:

Inutile chiedere in anticipo eventuali allergie o intolleranze alimentari e poi non viene proposto nulla di alternativo al buffet o menu alla carta.

Cons:

Va migliorata la cucina, soprattutto per il mezzogiorno.

Beautiful Views, Wonderful Staff & Aroma Therapy
Pros:

The view of the terme stream and city was beautiful! Wonderful, accomadating staff! Super clean rooms with more then once having towels replaced and room cleaned during the day. Lovely indoor spa area, aroma therapy was superb, and a good size indoor/outdoor thermal pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well.

Cons:

The only downsides were: the unsupportive bed pillows and not enough lunch/dinner options without fish or shellfish.

Pros:

Tous ,sauf le restaurant nous ne pouvons pas dîner avec notre chien dommage il est accepté partout dans le reste de l hôtel

We will for sure come back
Pros:

People who works there at first place, then everything else.

Cons:

Dinner menu was not our favorite but we my expected more local options (pasta, lasagna, etc).
