ARKA Hotel by Ginza Project

We stayed here a few nights on our road-trip south and just loved the hotel! You can see that a lot of effort is put in details and perfect service, and just had a wonderful experience.

1. Location:
The hotel is right in the center, next to restaurants, shops, etc.

2. Hotel grounds:
Everything is very clean, there is a very good Georgian Restaurant on the ground floor (they also offer room service) and a good Asian fusion place on the rooftop (great food and cocktails). The Georgian Restaurant also serves a buffet breakfast/brunch. Parking is available for a fee right behind the hotel.

3. Rooms:
We got the Premier room (one category up from standard) and the room was very spacious and comfortable! Very clean, carpeted, perfect air condition (worked very well, you can get a nice cold climate going), comfortable king size bed, 2 fluffy pillows each, good quality comforter and good thread count quality bedsheets. Coffee/tea station, mini-bar is there as well. Plenty of storage (cupboards etc). The bathroom has a large walk in shower, bathrobes, amenities from Zielinski & Rozen (soap, lotion, shampoo and shower gel). The only thing is that our shower flooded a bit in the bathroom, but that may be a fixable problem). Very lovely details such as the do not disturb or clean up hangers are cute plush bunnies! Very friendly room service and cleaning. We got a nice view from our room onto the city!

4. Pet friendly:
We travelled with our 2 pet rabbits and the hotel was very welcoming to pets! Our rabbits are very clean and they appreciated the hotel also very much.

5. Price:
So of course this is not a budget hotel, but we think it is very worth the price. The service is outstanding and you do feel like in a boutique hotel and not in a large chain that lost it's touch for details and customer happiness. I would stay at this hotel even just to enjoy the hotel itself, to relax and take in the atmosphere, restaurants, etc.

Very central, top restaurant inside, parking nearby get very useful for visitors

It was almost overall a lovely experience except for the extremely rude young lady who checked the guests for breakfast. She was not only very impolite but apparently could not remember and recognise a same person 20 minutes later.

Отель располагает с самого начала! Вот все мило, все приветливые! Начиная от парковщиков! Номера прекрасные, завтраки. Видно что сотрудники любят свою работу и стараются! Причём все без исключения! Даже горничные! Однозначно стоит выбрать

Все супер! Отель новый, чистый, ценник отличный. Завтраки реально вкусные, брали по меню. Единственное что не понравилось это подушки-на мой взгляд неудобные, что странно))

Все было отлично, жили на 6 этаже, шума от ресторана слышно не было. Единственное - Номер уж очень маленький, хоть и стильный и новый.

Лучший отель в Ростове

Очень позитивное впечатление от отеля, чисто, уютно, качество не хуже чем в Европе. Стильный интерьер, есть парковка на прилегающей территории. Завтрак был очень вкусным, персональное обслуживание. Рекомендую
