The hotel is very close to the outlet location, which is actually why we came.
The hotel is quite neat and clean. There is public parking around the hotel, and there is also parking inside the hotel for an additional fee.
When I requested a baby crib, it was brought very quickly.

Cons:

I didn’t like that no one from the staff was there upon arrival to help with the luggage, especially since I was with a baby. There is no phone in the room, so I couldn’t contact the reception. I paid €11 for two bottles of regular water.

Cons:

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Verhalten des Personals in diesem Hotel. Freundlichkeit scheint hier leider ein Fremdwort zu sein. Statt eines respektvollen Umgangs wurde ich herablassend behandelt, und der Ton war durchgehend unangenehm. Zudem wurde sehr laut gesprochen, was die Situation noch unprofessioneller wirken ließ.

Besonders kritisch sehe ich den Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen. Auch wenn sich keine anderen Gäste in unmittelbarer Nähe befanden, hatte ich zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass auf Datenschutz oder Diskretion geachtet wird. Das hat bei mir ein sehr ungutes Gefühl hinterlassen.

Darüber hinaus wirkte alles extrem routiniert und lieblos – Informationen wurden einfach heruntergesprochen, ohne auf individuelle Fragen oder Bedürfnisse einzugehen. Insgesamt habe ich mich weder willkommen noch gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ein Aufenthalt, den ich so definitiv nicht noch einmal erleben möchte.
