Comfy, clean & central to Southampton centre.
Pros:

Comfy, spacious studio. Perfect for the 1 night I stayed there.

Cons:

Pillows could have been a bit more comfy but the whole studio did the job perfectly.

Fine for the price.
Pros:

The location is excellent and right next to a decent car park. Check in was easy.

Cons:

There was a really strong smell of smoke in the room the whole time and it was even stronger in the bathroom. The mattress was an awful quality and considering it was such a warm day/evening, there was no fan. The room was run down and needs a little TLC.

The studio is almost inhabitable.
Pros:

The location is good. The mall, supermarket, stores are within walking distance

Cons:

The bathroom is really, really smelly. We ask the operator to fix the problem. They attempted to fix it, but the smell comeback within an hour. The foul smell reached the whole studio. We will ask for a refund

Cons:

The room was full of flies, there was no air conditioning, the facilities were old and dilapidated, the water was sometimes cold and sometimes hot, and there was no cleaning service.
