Somebody was trying to get into my room via the keypad at 1am in the morning.
I was terrified as a single traveller.
The property is located just in town is a perfect location and it’s not far from the train station, I loved my stay in there I will definitely be back!!
There was no microwave to heat up food and the radiator was extremely hot so we had to open the windows to make the air circulate. Nevertheless it was a great stay
I really liked the location, super convenient to get to city centre, near a lot of restaurants and etc. Building was very easy to get into. Lots of parking spaces nearby. WiFi also was good.
We came in and the heating was on full blast. It was a HOTTTTT day. We tried to take it off ourselves but wasn’t working. Seemed like it had been on for hours before our arrival. We told the staff and she said “no it is working” as if we were lying. We were genuinely unable to turn it off, seems like the valve on the radiator was not functioning properly. We reported the issue, they said they’d send someone but it never got fixed. We slept uncomfortably, sweating all night. We even had to resort to to sleeping with all the windows open. The curtain near the sink fell down, it was very cheap. They had used an extendable tension curtain pole?? The bathroom was extremely dirty (please see the below photos). Lots of dust, especially in the AC, the shower had black mould in it too. Toilet wouldn’t flush very well either and it made the bathroom smell everytime you flushed - given it didn’t have a window, it was horrible. No full length mirror or anywhere specifically to do makeup? So bit awkward getting ready- had to do it in the bathroom and found it hard to straighten hair without a mirror near a plug??

The window blinds are very irritating with one seemingly stuck halfway. Curtains pole in kitchen area, repeatedly fell down.

Could do with blackout curtains and it was noisy all night, the shelf holding the kettle and toaster looked about ready to fall down and the pillows had seen better days.

Room was generally clean but the room was full of flies and I had to buy some fly spray just to get rid of them
The property is in a prime location for West Quay. No complaints from me.

Lots to like. Perfect location. Easy access, all facilities in one room. Good view. Good decor. The guy was extremely helpful and polite.
It was clean. But the bed sheets has seen better days.
Kitchen was amazing, shame there wasn't a microwave.
The window was awkward to close, and it was left open when I arrived if i was 60 woman it wouldnt have been easy, but there was a heater provided so that counteracts it.
There was general high street noise, I wasn't there much. But its such a great location, that is to be expected
