Poor standard of the property, was dirty, broken cupboards, lots of flies in hallway, mattress & pillows really uncomfortable and I. desperate need of renewing. Very noisy, as directly above a restaurant

Location for what we wanted was good.

Cons:

Very small, very hot one tiny fan that we couldn't get to work. Poor shower hot and cold. Door to shower hanging off. Front door to apartment constantly banging when other people entered the building as a poor fit to door frame.

Centrally located, but downside meant a poor nights sleep due to noise levels. Apartment was modern but needs a deep cle

Location was centrally located and easy access to the property.

Cons:

The apartment could do with a deep clean. There was a lot of limescale build up in the bathroom which made it look unclean. The mattress was uncomfortable and too soft. Noise levels from the street below was unbearable.

Wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Location was good
Close to the town and St Mary Stadium we were in Southampton for the Take That Circus Tour
Very noisy at night

Cons:

Dirty around the windows
Bedding looked stained
Pillows were thin and only per person
Kettle and toaster on a shelf that looked like it could fall down at any moment very unsafe
One plug socket didn’t work and had heat marks like it had had an electrical burn
The door rattled within the frame
Property needed a lot of attention

Cons:

The property was not clean. The facilities were broken, such as the walls and wardrobe handles. There was makeup or crayon all up the wall in the bathroom. Dust all in the vent in the bathroom. There was a dirty towel left on the floor outside the upstairs bedroom. You couldn’t turn the heating off. We only had one towel between four people, until requested for more. Staff did bring more towels but they didn’t knock before entering. We only had one pillow and one pillow case in the upstairs bedroom. The beds were uncomfortable.

Smell, flies, linen was fabreezed, one flat pillow, heating stuck on in a heatwave, noise from outside, no sleep, dirty, lack of seating, wardrobes, not well kept.

Pros:

Die Kommunikation lief gut und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man ist sehr schnell am Bahnhof, in Old Town und am St. Mary's Stadium.

Cons:

Insgesamt war das Zimmer schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Da waren Verfärbungen an den Wänden, die Griffe der Schränke waren locker bzw. kaputt und die Fenster funktionierten auch nicht wirklich. Außerdem lief das Wasser in der Dusche nur sehr langsam ab.
