PS APARTMENTS

The house looks nice and polished but has an unwelcoming vibe. The smell of hospital disinfectant is everywhere. There were not enough plugs. There seems to have been some design board glued to the wall but must have fallen and just some traces of dirt mixed in dry glue left. The window frames not so clean, a small part was cracked, there was noise from the street. Communication with them once ypu are there is impossible. Phone number is unavailable.There is no reception staff on-site except for cleaners that come and go. They missed to leave any towels in my room, I had to go twice to ask and it took 30 minutes to get them so I could shower. Bathroom floor was sinking next to shower cabin. It wasn't dirty but you sort of wanted to avoid touching anything. Funniest thing, they had a notice on the door saying to not take away the toiletries as you would be charged but there were no toiletries. The so called soap or shower gel were so scarce and diluted that it almost seemed a joke that they had put that notice there. We were lucky though to find it because the whole city was fully booked but in other circumstances I would never think of paying 200 eur per night for this room.

Not very clean, some of the facilities were poor

Smelt a bit musky when arrived due to the heatwave but soon went after opening window

There was a lot of black mold in the shower, the shower head installation was shoddy and the water temperature kept changing. We arrived during a heat wave and the only way of moving the air was the tiniest toy table fan that I have ever seen which was completely inadequate for keeping the apartment cool even with the windows open, and sleeping at night was very difficult. Upon contacting the staff their reply was simply that they only have that fan, and no offer to provide something more substantial. We had to cut our stay short and find another hotel with air conditioning for the last night when the daytime temps hit 36 degree Celsius (95 fahrenheit). There were no paper towels of any sort. We did our own cooking, and had to buy everything since the apartment did not have any supplies but thankfully there are several grocery stores nearby, especially a giant ASDA.

Hot, noisy (understandable) contacted owners twice but had no reply

Pillows didn't have pillow protectors and while searching for the remote control we came across a lot of dust under the beds ( we didn't have a remote when we arrived and it took several emails, calls and texts before someone arrived with one)

Not very clean at all, mould in shower and looks like cleaners just brush everything under bed.

The headboard of the bed was badly broken, barely attached to the wall and possibly quite dangerous. The blinds were not enough to keep out the early summer light at sunrise and there wasn't enough in the way of cutlery, plates etc. Very expensive for one night and for what you get.

Nothing

It was really hot and so noisy from the high street. Woken through the night by people shouting and vehicles outside.

No remote for tv ,another one was brought to room, it turned on tv but no channels where to be seen , ended up watching you tube.
Toilet seat brocken !

Needs lot of modernisation- would not stay there again. The lifts were full of rubbish when I landed about 3.30.

The toilet seat seat did not fit properly and needs replacing, urgently. I could not get the television to work maybe a folder with helpful information would useful including how the television works and the cooker. It would also be useful to to have somewhere to hang clothes

Room was smaller than those shown in photos and had a problem with the drains

All was good
