The pillows were very poor 'the shower kept going hot and cold 'maybe because we was on 3rd floor
The only one good think was we were so tired and feel asleep quickly other wise we will look for another place
It was so dirty, we checked in and around 3.20 someone knocked on the door offering room service? Really at this time? So now I am not sure if our towels were clean or left from the day before.

Cancelled on me on the day of my stay resulting in me needing to book alternative accomodation at a significantly higher price. Booking.com said they'd 'over subscribed'!!
Property management is not able to generate simple invoice, even after several contacts/messages. Booking is useless to support business travelers as well. In some countries to provide invoice is law obligation, here they just don't care only to get money and no service, from both sides Booking and owner.
The location is excellent. Close to the train station and to a pedestrian street with restaurants and bars. The room is good as well as the size. The staff is very helpful. I asked an early check-in to be able to get dressed as we came for a wedding. We had the room at 1.30pm.

There wasn't a breakfast so why ask? The location was convenient, not far from the train station and close to the dock. There were a number of eateries within a 10 minute walk. The bathroom was clean.
The floor was filthy. I wiped it with a wet wipe and it was dark grey. I noticed the floor because my feet became so dirty. I had to wash each dish and cutlery, as the first bowl I took had a film of grease on it. Obviously it hadn't been used in a long time and the grease from cooking had created a film over time. The windows and windowsills were dirty. The bedding was obviously polyester as it was very uncomfortable, especially in the heat. I realize there's nothing anyone can do about the heat but polyester is never comfortable.

Central location but surprisingly quiet even with the windows open during a heatwave. Fan provided and great value for money. Easy self check in.
