Beautiful apartment style living and great value.

Cons:

The virtual check in and just trying to figure out how to get to the top floor in the building. But doorman was very helpful and so was Kasa. It’s on the 49th floor so make sure heights aren’t an issue

Pros:

Very Comfortable with a great view from the living room/kitchen.

Cons:

Getting in. After paying, it somehow wanted to hold another several hundred for parking and we were in our sons reserved parking. Had to pay 30 and couldnt get instructions to get in with no person in sight.
Also would prefer view from bed instead of feeling like bed was in a closet.

L’emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

Nous connaissions cet hôtel pour l’avoir réservé l’année précédente mais avec le changement de propriétaire rien ne s’est passé correctement le Check in a été impossible car les liens qu’ils nous envoyaient été invalidés Pas d’accueil physique pour remédier au problème
En plus aucun ustensile de cuisine (casserole, poêle et couverts inexistants) le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas la moitié des tiroirs cuisine et salle de bain sont cassés et la télé était défectueuse (chambre 4909)
Donc très déçus par rapport à l’année précédente

Pros:

This place delivers a luxury experience without the hefty price tag. I absolutely loved my stay at Mint House! I was initially a bit hesitant about the parking fees, but after looking around, I found a nearby garage for about half the price I expected to pay. Had I not, I might have missed out on such a great stay. Now that I’ve experienced it, I wouldn’t even hesitate to pay for on-site parking—it’s still an excellent value overall.

The location is super convenient, whether you’re walking or using public transit. Getting around from here is easy and stress-free.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Mine even had a washer and dryer, which was a great bonus.

The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful, although you don’t see them often since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. I actually found that refreshing—it made the check-in and check-out process quick and efficient.

You really get those upscale city vibes here, and the views are hard to beat. I’ve stayed in several places around Dallas, and this is by far my favorite. If you’re looking for a memorable stay, this should be at the top of your list. It’s priced competitively with typical hotel chains—I usually stay at Hilton properties outside of downtown for about the same price, so this felt like an amazing deal.

Cons:

I’m usually pretty good at finding things to complain about, but for once I have no comment. :)

The hotel is great and I will stay again if I can guarantee a room that is not above the party lounge.
Pros:

Property is clean, rooms are spacious and location is great! It was very easy to check in and out

Cons:

Unfortunately there is a party room directly under some of the rooms and because of that on Friday we were up until 2am with very loud music under our room
