إشارةً إلى فترة إقامتي لديكم والتي امتدت لمدة (29) ليلة، أود الإفادة بتقييمي للتجربة بكل مهنية وموضوعية.
عند الوصول كانت إجراءات تسجيل الدخول سريعة ومنظمة، وتم تخصيص وحدة لي في الدور الخمسين. وبعد استقرارنا وترتيب الأمتعة داخل الشقة، فوجئنا بقيام أحد النزلاء بفتح باب الوحدة نتيجة خطأ صادر عن قسم الاستقبال، وهو أمر سبب لنا انزعاجاً بالغاً لكونه يمس خصوصية وأمن النزلاء.
وفي وقت متأخر من ذات الليلة، حضر اثنان من أفراد الأمن إلى باب الشقة وقاما بمحاولة فتحه دون استئذان وبأسلوب غير لائق، رغم أن الباب كان مؤمناً ولم يتمكنا من الدخول. كما قاما بطرق الباب ورفع الصوت بطريقة أدت إلى إيقاظنا من النوم، وعند مقابلتهما قاما بتصويري بهواتفهما وطلب إثبات الهوية بأسلوب افتقر إلى المهنية، مما أشعرني بعدم الارتياح الشديد وكأنني في موضع اشتباه. وقد بلغ بي الاستياء حد التفكير الجدي في مغادرة الفندق.
في اليوم التالي، حضر مسؤول النظافة السيد جاك، وكان في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وقدم اعتذاراً واضحاً عما بدر من أفراد الأمن، كما بادر بتقديم خدمة تنظيف مجانية لمرتين تعويضاً عما حدث. وفي اليوم الخامس تقريباً تعطلت غسالة الأطباق، وتم التعامل مع الأمر بمهنية من خلال نقلنا إلى وحدة أخرى، مع تقديم المساعدة الكاملة في إعادة الترتيب.
وفي اليوم العشرين تقريباً، تفضل مدير الفندق بزيارتنا في الوحدة، وأبدى اهتماماً مباشراً بالاطمئنان على مستوى الخدمة، كما قدم خدمة تنظيف إضافية دون مقابل (علماً بأن تكلفة الخدمة تبلغ 65 دولاراً)، وهو ما يعكس حرص الإدارة على معالجة الملاحظات وتعزيز رضا النزلاء.
وخلاصة التقييم: رغم جسامة الخطأ الأولي من قبل أفراد الأمن، إلا أن تعامل الإدارة اللاحق، والاعتذار العملي، والخدمات التعويضية المقدمة، أسهمت في احتواء الموقف وإعادة الثقة. وبناءً عليه، فإنني أعد التجربة إيجابية في مجملها، مع التوصية بضرورة تعزيز الإجراءات الأمنية بما يحفظ خصوصية النزلاء مستقبلاً.

I was pleasantly surprised that the rate I received on Booking.com was so low. It's always a safe space for me to commute back to after a night out with colleagues.
I had asked 3 different staff members how to get to Main Street. None of them could tell me. I asked the same 3 if they knew where Hampton Social was....none of them heard of it. I walked all the way around 2 blocks to finally arrive at my destination. Which was across the street from the Eyeball. Literally a 3-minute walk that took me close to 20. Also, there was only 1 bag of regular coffee in the room, no stirrers. And then the coffee pot didn't even brew the coffee on day 2.

The location and view was great.
The first room I was given didn't have a working refrigerator and the air conditioner didn't work. Then I was moved to another room that had no TV remote and most of the lights in the bathroom didn't work.

The bathroom is big, great shower with hot water.
The fitness room is great, once you can find it.
I was not warned until a few days before arriving that no one would be here to let me in. So I arrived from Mexico, exhausted, hungry, just 2 hours before checkin and there was no one to talk to, no food, no place to leave luggage, no bathroom, nothing. It's just a building lobby with elevators. I finally called Kasa and someone in the Philippines tried to help, but it was not good enough. Luckily a restaurant in the building was open and I could order food even though they were closing the kitchen. It was super freezing and icy outside, the crazy storm, so I couldn't so to a coffeeshop or something to wait. Bad system.
Also - I was there for work but there was no desk in my room, which was meant to be included. VERY bad. I'm working on a pillow to make my computer high enough.

Don't bother booking until the owners sort the check in system. What a mess it all is! Bombarded with emails - all asking for nothing and assuring me of a great experience but when it came to providing check in information for use with 'virtual check in" it all went quiet and the information and link provided didn't work. We couldn't access the hotel. Forced to spend 40 minutes on the phone with the worlds most useless and unhelpful human - rather than sort the problem she concluded leaving me on hold would simply get rid of me. An absolute nightmare. Such a shame. By the time we finally found a human on floor 49 and accessed the 2 bed apartment we had lost all faith. The apartment was lovely but I could never recommend based on our check in experience.

The location.
My toilet clogged shortly after getting settled. It was late at night so they didn't have anyone to help me with that. The next day they moved me to another room. Instead of upgrading, or at least giving me a comparable room, they downgraded to a less comfortable room. I found the check in procedure to be a little more complicated. I don't like staying in a hotel without a proper front desk. My room code didn't work in the garage on my way out so I had to request a new code.
