Expensive considering failing service and other guests' bad behaviour
Pros:

Pretty spacious.
The woman cleaner was some proactive and helpful when I asked her assistance.
Other than the thin soups what I ate at the buffet was good.
They moved my room to a higher floor at my request.

Cons:

The man at the front desk gave me completely contrary information on what should have been easy details on the bus to Monguí. I guess he just wanted to be agreeable but I would have preferred had he told me the truth or said he didn't know. His colleague let this happen and neither ever apologized for the couple of hours I wasted following his incorrect information.
He moved my room for me but it didn't seem to have the balcony for which I'd paid extra, nor did he inform warn me of any of this sacrifice beforehand.
The behaviour of other guests at the buffet: people practically sticking their face in my crotch reaching down for bowls etc when I'm obviously going to be just 5 seconds serving myself something. It was very chaotic and disorganized. Others took all of certain dishes, not allowing others to have any, and then didn't even eat it.
Applying slight weight on my sink it collapsed and spilt water all over the floor and my feet. They fixed it quite quickly but left the floor very dirty and one small bathroom item of mine seemed to have disappeared when I came back to their repairs.
The noise in the room was very loud even from normal traffic outside and guests slamming doors and yelling in the hallway.

Buen hotel en el centro de Sogamoso
Pros:

El personal muy amable y servicial
El desayuno delicioso y generoso
La cama era cómoda y el clima en la habitación era cálido y confortable

Cons:

Encontré algunos cabellos largos en el tubo de las toallas en el baño por lo que la limpieza puede mejorar
El jabón en el dispoensador de la ducha se acabó mientras me estaba bañando

Pague la habitación y un almuerzo del artista al que alojé allí en efectivo y le volvieron a cobrar a mi artista todos los gastos, eso deja muy mal a mi empresa Productora y siempre reservo los hoteles de las giras con ustedes, muy mal de este hotel y de pésimo servicio.
