Pros:

The room was nice. It was in a good location to the airport.

Cons:

We didn't get in until after midnight due to a plane delay. We placed the privacy card on the door, and the cleaning staff still was knocking at our door at 9 am to clean. The motel was noisy, with doors slamming, people yelling in the hallway, and, of course, the highway noise.

Front desk were the best!
Pros:

It was conveniently located to where we wanted to go and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptional!!

Cons:

The noise of traffic and the train were the only complaints.

Not good at all both nights rooms had issues dealing with cleaning

I stay two nights in a row. The 1st night was sat 2/7/2026 I had blood on my sheets I wasn't mad cause something I can change and was fix. It was Sunday 2/8/2026 night I stayed my room wasn't clean smell like smoke bathrooms wasn't clean no towels or rags. I went to the lobby to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it myself staff didn't have access to cleaning supplies my second night was the worst due to room not clean

The location is close to the airport.
The reception staff are nice and supportive
They assist to receieve deliveries

Cons:

Breakfast became boring at some point as we had almost the same thing everyday

Cleaners find it very hard to do a thorough job , it was never satisfactory. the room was never fully clean, its either they lay your bed and not sweep or clean or replace the towels.

The remodeled room is very nice.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction. I wasn't informed of this prior to my arrival. I have asthma and the excessive amounts of sheetrock dust in the hallways and throughout the hotel caused my asthma to flare-up. I had to find another hotel in the area because I couldn't stay under those conditions.
