Great location and price

Cons:

They were renovating and there was garbage n materials laying all in floor the room I was in put in they were working on the room next door amd you could hear banging until 11 or 12 at night couldn't get down the hall from materials and the indoor pool was green I also found a dirty needle on the ground by my car the next morning

Worst stay i have had in 45 years

The breakfast options were ok

Cons:

The 1st room smelled so mych of weed we needed a new room. The 2nd room was falling apart, shower head plate came off, I had to fix the sink drain, the bathroom door was unhooked so hit wall and pushed away and a massive safety risk was the 4th story drop because no screen or locks on window. Not safe when traveling with kids

Cons:

Every day we were given a different excuse as to why the swimming pool was closed. Why not be honest and inform guests that the pool would be closed for an extended period?

The bed was too soft. The breakfast selection was limited and litle. There were not enough towels, and we had to request additional ones.

There is also a train track right behind the hotel, with trains passing several times during the night, causing significant noise.

Pros:

The front desk person Jada was REALLY helpful during my entire stay. When I had a problem with my first room she changed it to make me feel more comfortable, every time I came to the front desk she always had a positive attitude and was willing to help with no problem! Very memorable person with great customer service.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night my first night and my room door key locked me out the first day.
